Abstract

The Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) is an infrastructure development on the island of Sumatra that has connected from Lampung Province to Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province. This study identifies the impact of the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road in 2022 on economic conditions in Indonesia. This analysis also identifies the condition of linkages and leading sectors in Indonesia. The main data used in the study is the Indonesian Input-Output (IO) Table of Domestic Transactions on the Basis of Producer Prices (17 Business Fields) in 2016. The analysis method used is the general balance analysis method. The results of the analysis explained that the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road, which is included in the Construction sector, obtained a direct backward linkage value of IDR 498,779, while the direct and indirect backward linkage value was 1.820720 percent. In addition, the value of direct forward linkage is IDR 257,399, while the value of direct and indirect future linkage is 1.337878. Then the absorption and sensitivity values of the Construction sector are 1.092113 and 0.802493, respectively. Furthermore, the economic impact due to the construction of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road shows IDR 89,874,390 or 0.34 percent.

Additional Information: Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra (JTTS) merupakan pembangunan infrastruktur di Pulau Sumatra yang telah menghubungkan dari Provinsi Lampung hingga Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dampak pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra tahun 2022 pada kondisi perekonomian di wilayah Indonesia. Analisis ini juga mengidentifikasi mengenai kondisi keterkaitan dan sektor unggulan di Indonesia. Data utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Tabel Input-Output (IO) Indonesia Transaksi Domestik Atas Dasar Harga Produsen (17 Lapangan Usaha) tahun 2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis keseimbangan umum. Hasil analisis menjelaskan bahwa pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra yang termasuk dalam sektor Konstruksi memperoleh nilai keterkaitan ke belakang langsung sebesar Rp 498.779, sedangkan nilai keterkaitan ke belakang langsung dan tidak langsung 1,820720 persen. Selain itu, nilai keterkaitan ke depan langsung sebesar Rp 257.399, sedangkan nilai keterkaitan ke depan langsung dan tidak langsung sebesar 1,337878 persen. Kemudian nilai daya serap dan kepekaan sektor Konstruksi masing-masing sebesar 1,092113 dan 0,802493. Selanjutnya, dampak ekonomi akibat adanya pembangunan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra menunjukkan sebesar Rp 89.874,390 atau 0,34 persen.
