Abstract
Residential buildings are buildings that are used as a place to live, an example is a residential house. In multi-storey residential buildings that demand wider space requirements and free columns on certain floors will result in columns that are not continuous from the bottom floor to the top, the non-continuous column is called a transfer column, while the beam on which the transfer column rests is called a transfer beam. Transfer beams allow load distribution from the upper floors to the structural elements below. This study was conducted to determine the need for transfer beam reinforcement in a 3-storey residential building in accordance with SNI 2847:2019 and conduct a safety check of the building structure against the deviation that occurs according to SNI 1726:2019. Structural analysis was carried out with the ETABS v9.7.1 program and manual calculations to determine the reinforcement configuration of the transfer beam. The results obtained are the reinforcement configuration on the transfer beam, namely for bending reinforcement as much as 4D19 (top) and 6D19 (bottom) in the support area and 6D19 (top) and 12D19 (bottom) in the field area, for stirrup reinforcement used 3D12 - 100 mm and for torsion reinforcement as much as 2D16. As for the deflection that occurs, which is 7,782 mm and the maximum story displacement that occurs is 13,79 mm, this value is still within the permit limit according to SNI 2847: 2019 and SNI 1726: 2019

Additional Information: | Bangunan resindensial merupakan bangunan yang digunakan sebagai tempat tinggal (hunian), contohnya adalah rumah tinggal. Pada bangunan residensial bertingkat yang menuntut kebutuhan ruang yang lebih luas dan bebas kolom di lantai tertentu akan mengakibatkan kolom yang tidak menerus dari lantai bawah sampai atas, kolom yang tidak menerus tersebut disebut dengan kolom transfer, sedangkan balok yang menjadi tempat bertumpu kolom transfer disebut dengan balok transfer. Balok transfer memungkinkan distribusi beban dari lantai atas ke elemen struktural di bawahnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan tulangan balok transfer pada bangunan residensial 3 lantai sesuai dengan SNI 2847:2019 dan melakukan pemeriksaan keamanan struktur bangunan terhadap simpangan yang terjadi sesuai SNI 1726:2019. Analisis struktur dilakukan dengan program ETABS v9.7.1 dan perhitungan manual untuk menentukan konfigurasi penulangan balok transfer. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah konfigurasi tulangan pada balok transfer yaitu untuk tulangan lentur sebanyak 4D19 (atas) dan 6D19 (bawah) didaerah tumpuan serta 6D19 (atas) dan 12D19 (bawah) didaerah lapangan, untuk tulangan sengkang digunakan 3D12 – 100 mm dan untuk tulangan torsi sebanyak 2D16. Sedangkan untuk lendutan yang terjadi yaitu sebesar 7,782 mm dan simpangan maksimum yang terjadi sebesar 13,79 mm, nilai tersebut masih masuk kedalam batas izin sesuai SNI 2847:2019 dan SNI 1726:2019. | |||||||||
