Abstract
Conflict is a part of social life that cannot be separated from every individual or within every group. This research describes the conflict that occurred in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency which occurred due to the impact of the construction of a reservoir owned by PT. IKPP. This research aims to describe the dynamics of conflict that occurred during the residential relocation process in Tegal Maja Village. The method used in this research is qualitative methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The criteria for selecting data for this research use purposive sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used include stages of data reduction, data collection and drawing conclusions. The location of this research is located in Tegal Maja Village, Kragilan District, Serang Regency. The results of this research found that there were three actors involved in the conflict, namely the Tegal Maja Village community, the Relocation Committee, and the PT. IKPP. In the dynamics of the relocation conflict that occurred, there were sources of conflict in Tegal Maja Village, namely (1) differences in viewpoints between communities, (2) differences in interests, (3) the existence of a dominating group. Apart from that, based on the analysis of Lewis A Coser's conflict function theory in this research, there are two types of conflict, namely realistic and non-realistic conflict. The realistic conflicts found in this research are (1) land and building values, (2) drilling wells and electrical installations, (3) compensation for public facilities. Meanwhile, the non-realistic conflicts found were (1) the community demanded PT. IKPP to employ two people in one house, (2) transfer of public cemeteries.

| Additional Information: | Konflik merupakan bagian dari kehidupan sosial yang tidak bisa lepas dari setiap individu maupun dalam setiap kelompok. Penelitian ini memaparkan mengenai konflik yang terjadi di Desa Tegal Maja kecamatan kragilan kabupaten serang yang terjadi akibat dampak dari pembangunan waduk milik PT. IKPP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrispsikan bagaimana dinamika konflik yang terjadi selama proses relokasi pemukiman Desa Tegal Maja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kriteria pemilihan data penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa tahapan reduksi data, penyaian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini yaitu berlokasi di Desa Tegal Maja Kecamatan Kragilan Kabupaten Serang. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa terdapat tiga aktor yang terlibat dalam konflik yaitu masyarakat Desa Tegal Maja, Panitia Relokasi, dan pihak PT. IKPP. Dalam dinamika konflik relokasi yang terjadi terdapat sumber-sumber konflik di Desa Tegal Maja yaitu (1) perbedaan sudut pandang antar masyarakat, (2) perbedaan kepentingan, (3) adanya kelompok yang mendominasi. Selain itu berdasarkan analisa dari teori fungsi konflik Lewis A Coser dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua tipe konflik yaitu konflik realistis dan non-realistis. Konflik realistis yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu (1) nilai tanah dan bangunan, (2) pembuatan sumur bor dan instalasi listrik, (3) ganti rugi fasilitas umum. Sedangkan konflik non-realistis yang ditemukan yaitu (1) masyarakat menuntut PT. IKPP untuk mempekerjakan dua orang dalam satu rumah, (2) pemindahan pemakaman umum. | |||||||||
