Abstract

The purpose of preparing this final assignment is to understand the service process for selling subsidized houses at PT Bukit Intan Realty. The writing method used is the descriptive method. The type of data collected is primary data obtained from Sales of PT Bukit Intan Realty. As well as secondary data taken from books, scientific journals, companies and the internet. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this final assignment show that carrying out the service process for selling subsidized houses consists of several stages, namely preparation before the sale, determining the location of potential buyers, preliminary approach, making the sale, and after-sales service.The service process for sales, both in cash and credit, documents and forms that have been duplicated, can be stored and archived by each person concerned, so that they can be used as evidence if one day there is a check.

Additional Information: Tujuan penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses layanan Dan penjualan rumah subsidi di PT Bukit Intan Realty. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer yang di peroleh dari Sales PT Bukit Intan Realty. Serta data sekunder yang diambil dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, perusahaan, dan internet. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Tugas Akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam melaksanakan proses layanan dan penjualan rumah subsidi terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu persiapan sebelum penjualan, penentuan lokasi pembeli potensial, pendekatan pendahuluan, melakukan penjualan, dan pelayanan purna jual. Proses layanan pada penjualan baik secara tunai maupun kredit dokumen dan formulir yang sudah di rangkap, dapat disimpan dan di arsipkan oleh masing-masing yang bersangkutan, sehingga dapat dijadikan bukti jika suatu saat ada pengecekan.
