Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of the elements of transparency, internet porosity, the internet as an agent, richness in content, and reach by the Tangerang City Prokopim section in the process of publication of leadership activities. As well as knowing the obstacles of the Prokopim section in managing content in digital media. The author uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the Prokopim section has implemented these five elements. By implementing controlled transparency, namely the process of disseminating information by agencies in a controlled manner and over transparency, namely the process of disseminating information is carried out through the agency's own social media platform. Making Instagram and websites an important axis or activity in spreading publications in digital media. Collaborate with online media and influencers in helping the publication process. Create diverse content with words, images, videos, and infographics and use Instagram adsense boost to reach a wider audience. The obstacle in managing content in digital media, namely how to create content that can reach a wide audience but still pay attention to existing rules.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi dari elemen transparency, internet porosity, the internet as an agent, richness in content, dan reach oleh bagian Prokopim Kota Tangerang dalam proses publikasi kegiatan pimpinan. Serta mengetahui hambatan bagian Prokopim dalam mengelola konten di media digital. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bagian Prokopim sudah mengimplementasikan kelima elemen tersebut. Dengan menerapkan controlled transparency yaitu proses penyebaran informasi oleh instansi secara terkontrol dan dan over transparency yaitu proses penyebaran informasi dilakukan melalui platform media sosial instansi itu sendiri. Menjadikan Instagram dan website sebagai poros atau aktivitas penting dalam menyebarkan publikasi di media digital. Melakukan kerja sama dengan media online dan influencer dalam membantu proses publikasinya. Membuat konten yang beragam dengan adanya kata-kata, gambar, video, dan infografis dan menggunakan adsense boost Instagram agar dapat menjangkau lebih banyak khalayak. Hambatan dalam mengelola konten di media digital, yaitu bagaimana membuat konten yang bisa menjangkau khalayak luas namun tetap memperhatikan aturan yang ada. | |||||||||
