Abstract
Fulfillment of SDGs indicators, especially Goal 1 related to poverty, there are 7 targets to achieve zero poverty by 2030, namely eliminating extreme poverty, reducing poverty by at least 50%, implementing social protection systems, equal rights to ownership. The problem of poverty is aimed at alleviating negative impacts such as income inequality, unemployment, lack of existing human resources, and destitution in the area, material and non-material losses both to the state, region, and between communities and there are still many impacts caused by poverty, in Indonesia itself the problem of poverty cannot be fully overcome because there are still many areas where the poverty rate is still high, especially in eastern Indonesia they are still lagging behind in terms of infrastructure and economy so the government must be able to analyze all regions in order to overcome the problem of poverty. This study covers 28 provinces in Indonesia using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) method. The results obtained by social assistance, subsidy spending has a significant positive effect. The variables of grant expenditure, per capita income, and inflation have a significant negative effect, and zakat has no effect and is not significant on poverty severity.
