Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance (X1) and perceived supervisor support (X2) on intention to stay (Y) with job satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, namely sampling with criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with interval scale measurements and uses 80 respondents as a sample of the total population of 375 RSUD Banten nurses. For data analysis using the model test using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The research results obtained are: (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on intenton to stay with a t-statistic (1,794> 1,65) and p-values (0.036 < 0.05), (2) perceived supervisor support has a positive and significant effect on intention to stay with a t-statistic (2,059> 1,65) and p-values (0,020 < 0,05), (3) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with t�statistic (2,357 > 1,65) and p-values(0,009 < 0,05), (4) perceived supervisorsupport has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with t-statistic (4,021 > 1,65) and p-values (0,000 < 0,05), (5) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on intention to stay with a t-statistic (4,675 > 1,65) and p-values (0,000 < 0,05), (6) job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work life balance on intention to stay with a t-statistic (2,024 > 1,65) and p-values (0,021 < 0,05), (7) job satisfaction can mediate the effect of perceived supervisor support on intention to stay with a t�statistic (3,207 > 1,65) and p-values (0,001 < 0,05).

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance (X1) dan persepsi dukungan supervisor (X2) terhadap intention to stay (Y) dengan kepuasan kerja (Z) sebagai variabel intervening.
