Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the performance of suppliers at Trevo Indonesia by utilizing the Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) method. Supplier performance is critical in supply chain management as it directly impacts the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. The VPI approach is used to identify key performance indicators that are essential for assessing supplier performance, while the Fuzzy AHP method helps in dealing with the uncertainty and subjective judgments involved in the evaluation process. The results of this study provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of suppliers, enabling Trevo Indonesia to make informed decisions to enhance their supply chain operations.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja supplier di Trevo Indonesia dengan menggunakan Pendekatan Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) dan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Kinerja supplier sangat penting dalam manajemen rantai pasokan karena berdampak langsung pada efisiensi dan efektivitas keseluruhan rantai pasokan. Pendekatan VPI digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja utama yang penting untuk menilai kinerja supplier, sedangkan metode Fuzzy AHP membantu dalam menangani ketidakpastian dan penilaian subjektif yang terlibat dalam proses evaluasi. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan supplier, memungkinkan Trevo Indonesia untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat guna meningkatkan operasi rantai pasokan mereka.
