Abstract
The study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy efficiency and other control variables, namely inflation, GDP per capita growth, money supply (M2), and central bank policy rate on financial inclusion from 2010 to 2023. The study deceived 41 developing countries using the Generalized Method of Moments approach (GMM). The results of the study demonstrate that Monetary Policy Efficiency has a significantly positive effect on financial inclusion, Inflation has a negative effect on financial inclusion, GDP Per Capita Growth has a negative effect on financial inclusion, Money Supply (M2) has a positive effect on financial inclusion, and Central Bank Policy Rates have a positive effect on financial inclusion. Consequently, there is evidence of a positive impact from monetary policy efficiency, indicating that a higher level of monetary policy efficiency also enhances greater financial inclusion. When monetary policy is implemented efficiently, economic stability is better maintained, inflation is controlled, and economic growth is more consistent. This creates a conducive environment for the expansion of financial services.
