Abstract

Tourist satisfaction can increase tourist interest in tourist attractions. The quality of the service offered also influences tourist satisfaction, whether it meets expectations or not. This research aims to determine the level of tourist satisfaction with water sports services at Lalassa Beach Club and determine the quality of water sports services at Lalassa Beach Club. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with the aim of obtaining an overview of the survey conducted. The data collection technique in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 people using a nonprobability sampling method with incidental sampling to tourists who had played water sports at the Lalassa Beach Club. The results of the validity test of this research are said to be "valid" because r count > (0,196) r table and the test results of the reliability test of this research are said to be "reliable" because (0,991) r count > (0,196) r table. The results of research on the level of tourist satisfaction with water sports services in Tanjung Lesung are "very satisfied" 49%, "satisfied" 41%, "not satisfied" 8%, and "very dissatisfied" 2%. The results of research on the level of quality of water sports services in Tanjung Lesung are "very good" 60%, "good" 35%, "bad" 3%, and "very bad" 2%. It can be concluded that the level of tourist satisfaction with water sports services in Tanjung Lesung is "very satisfied" and the level of quality of water sports services in Tanjung Lesung is "very good".

Additional Information: Kepuasan wisatawan dapat meningkatkan ketertarikan wisatawan terhadap tempat wisata. Kualitas pelayanan yang ditawarkan juga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, apakah sesuai dengan harapan atau tidak. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pelayanan water sport di Lalassa Beach Club dan mengetahui kualitas pelayanan water sport di Lalassa Beach Club. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tujuan memperoleh gambaran dari survei yang dilakukan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebar angket kepada sampel sebanyak 100 orang menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling dengan cara sampling insidental kepada para wisatawan yang telah bermain water sport di Lalassa Beach Club. Hasil dari uji validitas penelitian ini dikatakan “valid” karena r hitung > (0,196) r tabel dan hasil uji dari uji reliabilitas penelitian ini dikatakan “reliabel” karena (0,991) r hitung > (0,196) r tabel. Hasil penelitian tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pelayanan water sport di Tanjung Lesung yaitu “sangat puas” 49%, “puas” 41%, “tidak puas” 8%, dan “sangat tidak puas” 2%. Hasil penelitian tingkat kualitas pelayanan water sport di Tanjung Lesung yaitu “sangat baik” 60%, “baik” 35%, “buruk” 3%, dan “sangat buruk” 2%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pelayanan water sport di Tanjung Lesung yaitu “sangat puas” dan tingkat kualitas pelayanan water sport di Tanjung Lesung yaitu “sangat baik”.
