Abstract
Women's Empowerment is one of the efforts that the government can make for national development. There are many ways to be able to empower women, one of which is through community organizations, namely Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) This research aims to find out how the implementation of the Family Welfare Empowerment Program (PKK) in women's empowerment, to find out the implementation of the principles of women's empowerment in the PKK Katulampa Village, and also to find out the inhibiting factors and how to improve the PKK program. In this study, the collection was carried out using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The result of this study is that implementing the PKK program in empowering women in Katulampa Village can be quite successful in empowering women even though community involvement is lacking. In the principle of women's empowerment in the PKK, Katulampa Village, the community and the implementers of the PKK program have equality by not discriminating between their positions or positions. In the implementation of the program, of course, there are obstacles in the process, the factors that hinder the implementation of the PKK program are the lack of participation from the community and the availability of transportation facilities for regional development. This can be pursued with Katulampa Village which facilitates transportation and approaches the community.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi pada program pemberdayaan kesejahteraan keluarga (PKK) dalam pemberdayaan perempuan, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan prinsip pemberdayaan perempuan di PKK Kelurahan Katulampa, dan juga untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat serta bagaimana upaya perbaikan dari program PKK tersebut. Pada penelitian ini pengumpulan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam pengimplementasian program PKK dalam memberdayakan perempuan di Kelurahan Katulampa dapat dikatakan cukup berhasil dalam memberdayakan perempuanna walaupun keterlibatan masyarakatnya kurang. Dalam prinsip pemberdayaan perempuan di PKK Kelurahan Katulampa pun masyarakat dan para pelaksana program PKK memiliki kesetaraan dengan tidak membeda-bedakan jabatan atau kedudukannya. Dalam pelaksanaan program tentu terdapat hambatan dalam prosesnnya, faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan program PKK adalah kurangnya partisipasi dari masyarakat dan ketersediaan fasilitas transportasi untuk bina wilayah. Hal tersebut dapat diupayakan dengan Kelurahan Katulampa yang memfasilitasi transportasi dan melakukan pendekatan ke masyarakat. | |||||||||
