Abstract

Changes in weather patterns can exacerbate water quality problems, especially in urban areas, rainfall to a certain extent is expected to increase the pollutant burden on water quality. This study aims to determine the quality of groundwater, roof runoff water, and surface runoff water at the West Cilegon Entrance Toll Gate. The assessment of water quality uses the guidelines for drinking water standards and NSF-WQI. In this study, spatial mapping of groundwater quality indexes, roof runoff water, and surface runoff water was also carried out using QGIS software. Based on the analysis of the NSF-WQI model, which is for groundwater of 61,776 moderate criteria. Then, in the surface runoff water sample of 47,915 bad criteria. As for the roof runoff water sample, an index value of 61,259 medium criteria was obtained. In addition, there are several methods and materials to reduce water contaminants that will be used for artificial groundwater recharge.

Additional Information: Perubahan pola cuaca dapat memperburuk masalah kualitas air terutama di daerah perkotaan, curah hujan dengan tingkat tertentu diperkirakan dapat meningkatkan beban pencemar pada kualitas air. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas air tanah, air limpasan atap, dan air limpasan permukaan di Gebang Tol Masuk Cilegon Barat. Penilaian pada kualitas air menggunakan pedoman standar baku air minum dan NSF-WQI. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan pemetaan spasial terhadap indeks kualitas air tanah, air limpasan atap, dan air limpasan permukaan menggunakan software QGIS. Berdasarkan analisis model NSF-WQI yaitu untuk air tanah sebesar 61,776 kriteria sedang. Kemudian, pada sampel air limpasan permukaan sebesar 47,915 kriteria buruk. Adapun pada sampel air limpasan atap didapatkan nilai indeks sebesar 61,259 kriteria sedang. Selain itu, ada beberapa metode dan bahan untuk mengurangi kontaminan air yang akan digunakan untuk artificial groundwater recharge.
