Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Job Training, Interest in E-Commerce on the Performance of MSMEs in Banten Province with the availability of technology as an intervening variable. The population in this research is MSMEs in Banten Province. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of MSMEs in Banten Province that received assistance and assistance from the Ministry of Work, as well as MSMEs in Banten Province that had received training related to financial literacy. Data was obtained through questionnaires given to respondents, then analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results show that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. Job Training has a negative and significant effect on MSME Performance. E-Commerce interest has a positive and insignificant effect on MSME performance. Furthermore, Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on Technology Availability. Job Training has a negative and insignificant effect on Technology Availability. E-Commerce Interest has a positive and significant effect on Technology Availability. Availability of Technology and has a positive and significant effect on MSME Performance. Financial Literacy has a positive and significant influence on MSME Performance with Technology Availability as an intervening variable. Job Training has a negative and insignificant effect on MSME Performance with Technology Availability as an intervening variable. E-Commerce interest has a positive and significant influence on MSME performance with Technology Availability as an intervening variable.

Additional Information:	Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Literasi Keuangan, Pelatihan Kerja, Minat E–Commerce terhadap Kinerja UMKM Provinsi Banten dengan ketersediaan teknologi sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM di Provinsi Banten. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria UMKM di Provinsi Banten yang mendapatkan bantuan dan pendampingan dari Kemenker, serta UMKM di Provinsi Banten yang telah mendapatkan pelatihan terkait literasi keuangan. Data diperoleh melalui kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Minat E-Commerce berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Selanjutnya, Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ketersediaan Teknologi. Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Ketersediaan Teknologi. Minat E-Commerce berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ketersediaan Teknologi. Ketersediaan Teknologi dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM. Literasi Keuangan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan Ketersediaan Teknologi sebagai variabel intervening. Pelatihan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan Ketersediaan Teknologi sebagai variabel intervening. Minat E-Commerce mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan Ketersediaan Teknologi sebagai variabel intervening.
