Abstract
Population growth increases the demand for water. Many people in Kelurahan Rawa Arum use groundwater from surface runoff infiltration for daily needs. Therefore, integrated water resource management, both in terms of utilization and management of water quantity and quality, is crucial to ensure the availability of clean water and maintain the quality of water used by the community to be safe and healthy. This study aims to analyze and assess the quality of rainwater, surface runoff, and groundwater in Kelurahan Rawa Arum, and to provide recommendations for efforts to improve the quality of surface runoff in Kelurahan Rawa Arum to be better suited for use as Artificial Groundwater Recharge. The determination of water quality status uses the NSF-WQI method to obtain a map of water quality status in the city of Cilegon. The results of this study indicate that the quality status of rainwater in Kelurahan Rawa Arum has a value of 71.48, categorizing it as "Good". The quality status of surface runoff in Kelurahan Rawa Arum has a value of 53.23, categorizing it as "Moderate". The quality status of groundwater in Kelurahan Rawa Arum has a value of 71.01, categorizing it as "Good".

| Additional Information: | Pertumbuhan populasi membuat peningkatan kebutuhan akan air. Banyak orang di Kelurahan Rawa Arum menggunakan air tanah dari resapan air limpasan untuk keperluan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan sumber daya air harus dilakukan secara terpadu, baik dalam hal pemanfaatan maupun pengelolaan kuantitas dan kualitas air, yang sangat penting untuk menjamin ketersediaan air bersih dan memastikan kualitas air yang digunakan oleh masyarakat tetap aman dan sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kualitas mutu air hujan, limpasan permukaan dan air tanah di Kelurahan Rawa Arum, dan juga memberikan rekomendasi upaya untuk mereduksi kualitas air limpasan permukaan di kelurahan Rawa Arum menjadi lebih baik lagi untuk dijadikan sebagai Artificial Groundwater Recharge. Penentuan status mutu kualitas air menggunakan metode NSF-WQI untuk mendapatkan peta status mutu air di Kota Cilegon. Hasil dari penelitian ini Status mutu air hujan di Kelurahan Rawa Arum memiliki nilai 71,48 sehingga air hujan di Kelurahan Rawa Arum berpredikat “Baik”, status mutu air limpasan permukaan di Kelurahan Rawa Arum memiliki nilai 53,23 sehingga air limpasan permukaan di Kelurahan Rawa Arum berpredikat “Sedang”, dan status mutu air tanah di Kelurahan Rawa Arum memiliki nilai 71,01 sehingga air tanah di Kelurahan Rawa Arum berpredikat “Baik”. | |||||||||
