Abstract
Batik is one of Indonesia's cultural heritages, where the unique patterns used on this traditional cloth use wax. In Indonesia, batik has various patterns and motifs that can become regional characteristics. One of them is Banten batik which has architectural patterns and motifs. PT Batik Banten Mukarnas is a business that operates in the textile sector by producing batik cloth. The products produced are in the form of stamped batik cloth and written batik with a variety of motifs that are tailored to consumer desires. However, PT Batik Banten Mukarnas has a product that is often produced, namely stamped batik cloth. To meet consumer demand considering that the amount of demand to be produced is not small, of course PT Batik Banten Mukarnas needs to improve performance in the production line, marketing and employee performance so that it can run sustainably and run as expected. This research aims to identify indicators of sustainability performance dimensions, calculate indicator efficiency values and recommend suggestions for improvements to problematic indicators. The results of this research obtained a cost efficiency value of 43.39%, product defects (reject) of 6.44%, cycle time of 59.66%, storage level (inventory) of 0.47%, material waste (waste) of 59.63%, green production of 54.46%, water consumption of 64.87%, Co2 emissions of 6.67%, employee satisfaction (satisfaction) of 77.33%, self-development (training) of 80.33%, employee absorption (absorption) of 0%, level of discipline (discipline) of 25%. Proposed improvements to the AHP results indicators were given recommendations in the form of constructing an IPAL, filtration, replacing measuring equipment with a balance and creating a regular training schedule. This can reduce existing problems in the form of product defects (reject), material waste (waste) and self-development (training).

Additional Information: | Batik merupakan salah satu warisan budaya Indonesia, dimana pola unik yang digunakan pada kain tradisional ini menggunakan lilin. Di Indonesia batik memiliki beragam corak dan motif yang dapat menjadi ciri khas wilayah. Salah satunya batik Banten memiliki corak dan motif yang arsitektual. PT Batik Banten Mukarnas merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang tekstil dengan memproduksi kain batik. Produk-produk yang dihasilkan berupa kain batik cap maupun batik tulis dengan variasi motif yang beragam yang disesuaikan dengan keinginan konsumen. Tetapi, PT Batik Banten Mukarnas ini memiliki produk yang sering di produksi yaitu kain batik cap. Untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen mengingat jumlah permintaan yang akan diproduksi tidaklah sedikit, tentunya PT Batik Banten Mukarnas perlu meningkatkan kinerja di lini produksi, pemasaran dan kinerja karyawan agar dapat berjalan secara berkelanjutan dan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi indikator dimensi kinerja keberlanjutan, menghitung nilai efisiensi indikator dan merekomendasikan usulan perbaikan dari indikator bermasalah. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai efisiensi biaya sebesar 43,39 %, cacat produk (reject) sebesar 6,44%, waktu siklus (cycle time) sebesar 59,66%, tingkat penyimpanan (inventory) sebesar 0,47%, limbah material (waste) sebesar 59,63%, green production sebesar 54,46%, konsumsi air (water consumption) sebesar 64,87%, emisi Co2 sebesar 6,67%, kepuasan karyawan (satisfaction) sebesar 77,33%, pengembangan diri (training) sebesar 80,33%, daya serap karyawan (absorption) sebesar 0%, tingkat kedisiplinan (discipline) sebesar 25%. Usulan perbaikan indikator hasil AHP diberikan rekomendasi berupa pembuatan IPAL, filtrasi, mengganti alat takar dengan neraca dan membuat jadwal pelatihan yang teratur. Hal ini dapat mengurangi permasalahan yang ada berupa cacat produk (reject), limbah material (waste) dan pengembangan diri (training). | |||||||||
