Abstract

DEMAPAN stimulant funding will greatly affect the use of production factors (inputs), the optimum that will impact on increasing agricultural production and in turn will increase farmers' income and welfare. This study aims to find out the effect of the stimulant fund DEMAPAN for rice farmers in the village of Bantar Panjang based on the amount of income before and after the administration of funds DEMAPAN stimulant. The method used in this research is to use the census method, the location of the research conducted with a purposive (deliberately). Respondents many as 30 people Type of data used are primary data and secondary data, primary data obtained through interviews with respondents were then processed using the analysis of farming, Wilcoxon test and test hypotheses using simple regression analysis using SPSS version 14.0. The results showed that the production costs incurred prior to granting funds amounted to Rp. 1,843,175.053 DEMAPAN stimulant with an income of Rp. 5,483,050.96 per hectare per season. While the cost of production after the administration of the fund amounted to Rp. 2,795,838.546 DEMAPAN stimulant with an income of Rp. 21,332,946.1 per hectare per season. And according to the Wilcoxon test is the difference between the lowland rice farming income before the stimulant fund after the fund DEMAPAN with DEMAPAN stimulant. And according to the results of the analysis is the provision of simple Regeresi DEMAPAN Stimulant Fund has a significant influence on rice income that is equal to 42%.

Pemberian dana stimulan DEMAPAN akan sangat mempengaruhi terhadap penggunaan faktor produksi (input) yang optimal yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan produksi pertanian dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dana stimulan DEMAPAN bagi petani padi sawah di Desa Bantar Panjang berdasarkan besarnya pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian dana stimulan DEMAPAN. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode sensus, lokasi penelitian dilakukan dengan cara purposive (sengaja). Responden sebanyak 30 orang Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer, data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan petani responden yang kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis usahatani, uji wilcoxon dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 14.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebelum pemberian dana stimulan DEMAPAN adalah sebesar Rp.1.843.175,053 dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 5.483.050,96 per hektar per musim. Sedangkan biaya produksi sesudah pemberian dana stimulan DEMAPAN adalah sebesar Rp. 2.795.838,546 dengan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 21.332.946,1 per hektar per musim. Dan menurut uji wilcoxon adalah adanya perbedaan antara pendapatan usahatani padi sawah sebelum adanya dana stimulan DEMAPAN dengan sesudah adanya dana stimulan DEMAPAN. Dan menurut hasil analisis Regeresi sederhana adalah pemberian Dana Stimulan DEMAPAN mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan padi sawah yaitu sebesar 42 %.
