Abstract

Based on Banten Provincial Regulation No.1 of 2023, the Cituis Fish Landing Base (PPI) will be developed into a Coastal Fishing Port (PPP). Therefore, an appropriate development strategy is needed. This study aimed to evaluate the condition and level of utilization of facilities at Cituis FLB and formulate a development strategy. The research was conducted in December 2023-January 2024 at Cituis FLB, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The research method used was a case study. The data collected were primary and secondary data. The type, condition, and level of utilization were analyzed descriptively. The facility development plan was analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results obtained are the condition of facilities whose utilization level has not reached the optimal level, such as docks (13.48%), port ponds (65.34%), TPI (19,11%), and parking lots (64.19%). While the level of facility utilization that exceeds optimal is fuel facilities (107,14%). Development strategy that can be carried out by Cituis FLB is to increase fishery port activities and improve the quality of fish auctions.

Additional Information: Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Banten No.1 Tahun 2023, Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Cituis akan dikembangkan menjadi Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP).
