Abstract
ABSTRACT Alcoholic beverages are a gateway to other crimes. As an Islamic-majority region, this liquor case can unsettle the Banten Province. The purpose of this research is to find out how the performance evaluation of the pamong praja police unit in the implementation of liquor raids in Serang City. Performance theory uses the theory of Agus Dwiyanto. In this research, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers use observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data. The data obtained is then analyzed through Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The findings show that: Coordination before the curbing operation. In relation to coordination before the curbing operation, Satpol PP Serang City has coordinated with the PPNS, urban village, sub-district and neighborhood. Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures. In the implementation of the SOP, the Serang City Civil Service Police Unit is quite fully implementing the applicable SOP. In the implementation of operations to supervise and control the circulation of alcoholic beverages, there has never been rejection/resistance from violators. The initial report is one form of accountability of the Serang City Civil Service Police Unit which carries out a report after the implementation of an operation and accountability by the Serang City Civil Service Police Unit is an internal evaluation to discuss various obstacles that occur in the field and discuss strategies for implementing better operations in the future so that accountability can be said to be good. | Additional Information: | Minuman beralkohol merupakan pintu masuk terhadap kejahatan-kejahatan lainnya. Sebagai wilayah mayoritas islam, kasus minuman keras ini dapat membuat resah wilayah Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana evaluasi kinerja satuan polisi pamong praja dalam pelaksanaan razia minuman keras di Kota Serang. Teori kinerja menggunakan teori dari Agus Dwiyanto. Dalam penelitian kali ini Penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan Observasi, Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi untuk mengumpulkan data. Data yang didapat selanjutnya dianalisis melalui Data Reduction, Data Display, dan Conclusion Drawing/Verification. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa: Koordinasi sebelum operasi penertiban. Berkaitan dengan koordinasi sebelum operasi penertiban, Satpol PP Kota Serang sudah melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak PPNS, kelurahan, kecamatan serta lingkungan. Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur. Dalam pelaksanaan SOP, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Serang cukup sepenuhnya melaksanakan SOP yang berlaku. Dalam pelaksanaan operasi pengawasan dan pengendalian peredaran minuman beralkohol belum pernah terjadi penolakan/perlawanan dari pelanggar. Laporan awal merupakan salah satu bentuk akuntabilitas Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Serang yang melaksanakan laporan setelah dilaksanakannya sebuah operasi dan akuntabilitas oleh Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Serang yaitu evaluasi secara internal untuk membahas berbagai hambatan yang terjadi di lapangan dan pembahasan strategi untuk pelaksanaan operasi yang lebih baik di kemudian hari sehingga akuntabilitas dapat dikatakan sudah baik. | |||||||||
