Abstract
The procurement process is important to support company operations, both state and private. PT XYZ, a maritime and logistics company, uses an e-procurement system to increase efficiency and support the green port program. However, the implementation was not optimal due to a lack of compatibility with PT XYZ's business processes. Therefore, PT website user satisfaction. The methods used in this research are gap calculation, IPA, QFD, and 5W+1H. Data processing is carried out by calculating the gap between the level of interest and the level of website user satisfaction. Next, attribute mapping uses the IPA method to determine priority improvement attributes. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) with the House of Quality model to provide priority technical responses for proposals to improve service quality. Based on the research results, it was found that there were 5 attributes that were priorities for improvement and there were 6 technical responses as suggestions for improvement. After that, formulate an action plan for proposed improvements based on the 5W+1H method.

Additional Information: | Proses pengadaan penting untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan, baik negara maupun swasta. PT XYZ, perusahaan maritim dan logistik, menggunakan sistem e-procurement untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan mendukung program green port. Namun, implementasinya belum optimal karena kurangnya kesesuaian dengan proses bisnis PT XYZ. Oleh karena itu, PT XYZ mengembangkan sistem e-procurement baru yang diluncurkan pada Oktober 2023. Untuk memastikan kualitas layanan pada website e-procurement, untuk itu dilakukan survei menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0, IPA, QFD serta 5W+1H untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan memenuhi kepuasan pengguna website. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu perhitungan gap, IPA, QFD, dan 5W+1H. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan perhitungan kesenjangan (gap) antara tingkat kepentingan dengan tingkat kepuasan pengguna website. Selanjutnya pemetaan atribut menggunakan metode IPA untuk mengetahui atribut prioritas perbaikan. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan model House of Quality untuk memberikan respon teknis yang menjadi prioritas untuk usulan perbaikan kualitas layanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh sebanyak 5 atribut yang menjadi prioritas perbaikan dan terdapat 6 respon teknis sebagai usulan perbaikan. Setelah itu merumuskan rencana aksi usulan perbaikan berdasarkan metode 5W+1H. | |||||||||
