Abstract
The purpose in writing this final project is to find out about the payroll accounting information system using SIMGAJI. SIMGAJI functions to provide information in accordance with existing systems and regulations regarding payroll. The use of the SIMGAJI application is very important in order to produce accurate information and data, avoid manipulation or data fraud, and the use of SIMGAJI will be more effective and efficient. The use of the SIMGAJI application can also minimize the occurrence of wrong records to acts of fraud committed by certain individuals. The data for this final project was obtained from direct document observation at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Tangerang Regency which was then analyzed in depth to obtain a real description of the payroll accounting information system that occurs at the Office of Population and Civil Registration of Tangerang Regency. The documents observed were the process of inputting salary data in SIMGAJI, documents regarding the output results produced by SIMGAJI, and SPP (Payment Request Letter) and SPM (Pay Order) documents. This final project is written using a qualitative descriptive analysis method, which explains in detail the description of the payroll system using an online-based payroll application, namely SIMGAJI. | Additional Information: | Tujuan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini untuk mengetahui tentang sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian dengan menggunakan SIMGAJI. SIMGAJI berfungsi untuk memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan sistem dan peraturan mengenai penggajian yang sudah ada. Penggunaan aplikasi SIMGAJI sangat penting agar dapat menghasilkan informasi serta data yang akurat,terhindar dari manipulasi atau kecurangan data, dan dengan penggunaan SIMGAJI akan lebih efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan aplikasi SIMGAJI juga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya salah catat hingga tindak kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh oknum tertentu. Data tugas akhir ini diperoleh dari pengamatan dokumen secara langsung di kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan PencatatanSipil Kabupaten Tangerang yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam untuk memperoleh gambaraan riil sistem informasi akuntansi penggajian yang terjadi di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Tangerang. Dokumen yang diamati adalah proses penginputan data gaji pada SIMGAJI, dokumen mengenai hasil output yang dihasilkan oleh SIMGAJI, dan dokumen SPP (Surat Pemintaan Pembayaran) dan SPM (Surat Perintah Membayar). Pada penulisan tugas akhir ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deksriptif kualitatif, dimana dengan menjelaskan secara detail gambaran mengenai sistem penggajian dengan menggunakan aplikasi penggajian berbasis online yaitu SIMGAJI.
