Abstract

The Influence of Zakat Literacy and Trust on People's Interest in Paying Zakat Using Digital Platforms at BAZNAS in Banten Province. This is the title of the thesis from Nurul Zaeni (5554200010), a student at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Sharia Economics (Sharia Business Concentration) under the guidance of Mr. Prof. Dr. Moh. Mukhsin, S.E., M.M as supervisor I and Mr. Muhammad Abduh S.Sy., MH as supervisor II. This research aims (1) To determine and partially analyze the influence of zakat literacy on people's interest in paying zakat using digital platforms. (2) To partially determine and analyze public trust in people's interest in paying zakat using digital platforms. (3) To determine and analyze the influence of zakat literacy and trust simultaneously on people's interest in paying zakat using digital platforms. The research method used is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research used a random sampling technique, the sample used was 100 respondents who were calculated using the Slovin formula. Inferential analysis in this research uses the SPSS program. The results of the multiple linear test state that the zakat literacy variable (X1) has an influence of 0.232 on interest in paying (Y), and trust (X2) has an influence of 0.258 on interest in paying (Y). The Coefficient of Determination value shows that satisfaction with the influence of zakat literacy and trust is 63.0% and the remaining 37.0% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. From the results of the t test it can be concluded that partially the literacy (X1) and trust (X2) variables have a significant influence on the interest in paying variable (Y). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi zakat secara parsial terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat menggunkan platform digital. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kepercayaan masyarakat secara parsial terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi zaakat dan kepercayaaan secara simultan terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat menggunakan platform digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling, sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 100 responden yang dihitung menggunaka rumus Slovin. Analisis inferensial dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil uji linier berganda menyatakan bahwa variabel literasi zakat (X1) mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,232 terhadap minat membayar (Y), dan kepercayaan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 0,258 terhadap minat membayar (Y). Nilai Koefisien Determinasi menunjukkan kepuasan dalam pengaruh literasi zakat dan kepercayaan sebesar 63,0% dan sisanya sebesar 37,0% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Dari hasil uji t dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial variabel literasi (X1) dan kepercayaan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat membayar (Y) .
