Abstract
This study aims to determine the performance of teachers in utilizing the green house in the process of strengthening the character of environmental love for students in the Rawa Elementary School of the Tangerang City Company. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, with a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models. The results of this study can be concluded that the Rawa Elementary School teachers of the Company have understood the importance of character education in order to instill the character of environmental love for students, able to use green house facilities as a medium to strengthen the character of love for the environment and create programs that support the strengthening of the character of love for the environment, and give impact to students on the process of strengthening the character of love for the environment.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja guru dalam memanfaatkan green house pada proses penguatan karakter cinta lingkungan bagi siswa di SD Negeri Rawa Kompeni Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif, dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumplan data yang digunakan ialah teknik obseravasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru SD Negeri Rawa Kompeni telah memahami pentingnya pendidikan karakter guna untuk menanamkan karakter cinta lingkungan pada siswa, mampu menggunakan sarana green house sebagai media penguatan karakter cinta lingkungan serta membuat program – program yang mendukung penguatan karakter cinta lingkungan, dan memberikan dampak kepada siswa terhadap proses penguatan karakter cinta lingkungan. | |||||||||
