Abstract

This research discusses the physically engaged, emotionally engaged, and cognitively engaged of Perumda Tirta Albantani employees in the realization of good corporate governance. This research aims to determine the level of conformity along with the dimensions and indicators that are of concern to employee engagement Regional Municipality Tirta Albantani. Apart from that, this research also aims to determine the dimension of employee engagement which is dominant in implementing good corporate governance at Perumda Tirta Albantani. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with a population of 198 employees at Perumda Tirta Albantani. Then, after carrying out calculations using the Slovin Formula, it was discovered that the samples needed were 101 samples using the sampling technique stratified random sampling. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software, then the significance level and quadrant analysis were carried out using the method Importance Performance Analysis, and significance values are viewed using SmartPLS3. The results of this research concluded that the significance level for Perumda Tirta Albantani Employees reached a value of 91.08%. Then for quadrant analysis all factors are spread across four quadrants. Then based on the significance value, dimensions of employee engagement the most influential on good corporate governance is cognitive attachment with a value of 2,596 and the dimension that has the smallest value is physical attachment with a significance value of 1,349.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini membahas mengenai keterikatan fisik, keterikatan emosial, dan keterikatan kognitif Pegawai Perumda Tirta Albantani dalam perwujudan good corporate governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian beserta dimensi dan indikator yang menjadi perhatian pada employee engagement Perumda Tirta Albantani. Selain itu juga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai dimensi employee engagement mana yang dominan terhadap implementasi good corporate governance di Perumda Tirta Albantani. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi Pegawai Perumda Tirta Albantani yang berjumlah 198 Pegawai. Kemudian setelah dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan Rumus Slovin diketahui bahwa sampel yang dibutuhkan 101 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan piranti lunak SPSS versi 24, kemudian tingkat signifikansi dan kuadran analisis dilakukan dengan Metode Importance Performance Analysis, dan nilai signifikansi dilihat menggunakan SmartPLS3. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat signifikansi Pegawai Perumda Tirta Albantani mencapai nilai 91,08%. Kemudian untuk kuadran analisis seluruh faktor tersebar di empat kuadran. Kemudian berdasarkan nilai signifikansi, dimensi employee engagement yang paling berpengaruh pada good corporate governance merupakan keterikatan kognitif dengan nilai 2.596 dan dimensi yang memiliki nilai paling kecil adalah keterikatan fisik dengan nilai signifikansi 1.349.
