Abstract
One of the emphasis of national education is on developing students' potential holistically and improving the quality of human resources as a whole. The very rapid development of technology and culture currently has a significant impact on vocational schools in preparing students with skills that suit the demands of the world of work. However, the quality of competency of vocational school graduates cannot fully accommodate DUDIKA's requests. Based on BPS data in 2022, vocational school graduates are the largest contributor to unemployment at 9.42%. The absorption rate for graduates of Public Center of Excellence Vocational Schools in Serang Banten Regency in 2022 can be said to still be low, namely 62%. Then looking at the 2017 to 2022 assessment results, the average student competency score is 56.82, and the average teacher performance assessment result score is 60.76, which is still below the National Education Standards. Therefore, to answer these problems, one of them is by improving teacher performance, the better the performance can improve the quality of student competence. The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the influence of organizational culture and leadership on teacher performance in Central State Vocational Schools of Excellence in Serang Banten Regency with the role of mediation organization commitment. The research methodology used in this research is through a quantitative research approach with a saturated sample of 125 people using statistical model analysis SPSS Statistic version 29 and SmartPLS version 4.1.0.4. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, the role of leadership has a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, and organization commitment positive and significant effect on teacher performance, and can mediate organizational culture and the role of leadership on teacher performance. With these findings, the author suggests through managerial implications using the PDCA concept (Plan, Do, Check, dan Action) in data-based planning (PBD), including involving teachers in the decision-making process, by giving them the opportunity to participate in goal setting, planning and evaluation, teachers feel valued and more connected to organizational goals, so that teachers feel more motivated to contribute and have better teacher performance, which will ultimately improve the quality of education, especially the quality of graduates.

Perkembangan teknologi dan budaya yang sangat pesat saat ini memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada SMK dalam mempersiapkan peserta didik dengan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan dunia kerja. Namun demikian kualitas kompetensi lulusan SMK belum sepenuhnya dapat mengakomodir permintaan DUDIKA. Berdasarkan data BPS tahun 2022 lulusan SMK merupakan penyumbang angka pengangguran terbesar dengan 9,42%. Tingkat keterserapan lulusan SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan se Kabupaten Serang Banten pada tahun 2022 dapat dikatakan masih rendah yaitu 62%. Kemudian dilihat dari hasil asesmen 2017 s.d 2022, nilai rata-rata kompetensi siswa 56,82, dan nilai rata-rata hasil asesmen kinerja guru 60,76 masih dibawah dari Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut diantaranya dengan meningkatkan kinerja guru, makin baik kinerja dapat meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan se Kabupaten Serang Banten dengan peran mediasi organization commitment. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel jenuh yaitu 125 orang menggunakan analisis statistik model SPSS Statistic versi 29 dan SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.4. Hasil penelitian didapat bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, peran kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan organization commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dan dapat memediasi budaya organisasi dan peran kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan temuan ini, Penulis menyarankan melalui implikasi manajerial menggunakan konsep PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, dan Action) pada perencanaan berbasis data (PBD), diantaranya melibatkan guru dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, dengan memberi mereka kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi dalam penetapan tujuan, perencanaan, dan evaluasi, guru merasa dihargai dan lebih terikat dengan tujuan organisasi, sehingga guru-guru merasa lebih termotivasi untuk berkontribusi dan memiliki kinerja guru yang lebih baik, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan terutama kualitas lulusan. | |||||||||
