Abstract

PT Indo Nusa Prima in carrying out construction work activities, the company will face many risks that can occur which can have an impact on disrupting the smooth running of the company's activities. Construction supply chain management is needed to reduce obstacles in construction. By implementing risk management a company is able to minimize risks that will occur. This research uses the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 11.0 model and uses the House of Risk (HoR) phase 1 method to identify risks and phase 2 to determine actions that can be taken against risk sources. The research results showed that 17 risk agents and 16 risk events had been identified. There are 3 risk agent priorities, a payment system that is not in accordance with the initial contract (A4), lack of accuracy in calculating the amount of material requirements (A2), and errors in calculating work planning (A1), then we get 5 proposed risk mitigation proposals, namely making estimates. reserve unexpected costs (PA1), create an alternative funding system for payments to suppliers with payment due date (PA2), create SOPs regarding specifications for material requirements for work to be carried out (PA3), create material price forecasts based on material price fluctuation trends (PA4), and creating an automatic calculation system for estimating the number of workers based on work contracts (PA5).

Additional Information: PT Indo Nusa Prima dalam menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan konstruksi, perusahaan akan menghadapi banyaknya risiko-risiko yang dapat terjadi sehingga memiliki dampak menggangu kelancaran aktivitas perusahaan. Manajemen rantai pasok konstruksi dibutuhkan untuk mengurangi adanya kendala dalam konstruksi. Dengan menerapkan manajemen risiko suatu perusahaan mampu meminimalkan risiko yang akan terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) 11.0 dan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HoR) fase 1 untuk identifikasi risiko dan fase 2 untuk menentukan tindakan yang dapat dilakukan terhadap sumber risiko. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 17 risk agent dan 16 risk event yang telah diidentifikasi. Terdapat 3 risk agent priority, skema pembayaran yang tidak sesuai dengan kontrak awal (A4), kurangnya ketelitian dalam menghitung jumlah kebutuhan material (A2), dan kesalahan dalam perhitungan perencanaan pekerjaan (A1), usulan mitigasi risiko yang diusulkan yakni membuat estimasi cadangan biaya tidak terduga (PA1), membuat skema pendanaan alternatif untuk pembayaran kepada supplier dengan tempo pembayaran (PA2), membuat SOP mengenai spesifikasi kebutuhan material pekerjaan yang akan dikerjakan (PA3), membuat peramalan harga material berdasarkan tren fluktuasi harga material (PA4), dan membuat sistem penghitungan otomatis dalam memperkirakan jumlah tenaga kerja berdasarkan kontrak kerja (PA5).
