Abstract
This study aims to analyse the effect of regional financial performance as measured by fiscal decentralisation ratio, regional financial dependency ratio, regional financial independence ratio, regional financial efficiency ratio, and PAD effectiveness ratio on economic growth on the island of Sumatra. The data used in this study are secondary data derived from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance's General of Fiscal Balance. Panel data analysis method with REM (Random Effect Model) method. Based on the results of the F statistical test (simultaneous test), it shows that regional financial performance as measured by the fiscal decentralisation ratio, regional financial dependency ratio, regional financial independence ratio, regional financial efficiency ratio, and PAD effectiveness ratio simultaneously has a significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra. Then based on the t test (partial test) shows that regional financial performance as measured by the ratio of fiscal decentralisation, the ratio of regional financial independence has a positive and significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra, the ratio of regional financial efficiency has a negative and significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra, the ratio of regional financial dependence and the ratio of PAD effectiveness has no effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan daerah yang diukur dengan rasio desentralisasi fiskal, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah, dan rasio efektivitas PAD terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan Kementrian Keuangan. Metode analisis data panel dengan metode REM (Random Effect Model). Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik F (uji simultan) menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah yang diukur dengan rasio desentralisasi fiskal, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah, dan rasio efektivitas PAD secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera. Kemudian berdasarkan uji t (uji parsial) menunjukan bahwa kinerja keuangan daerah yang diukur dengan rasio desentralisasi fiskal, rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera, rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dipulau Sumatera , rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah dan rasio efektivitas PAD tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera.
