Abstract

Leli Sukaesih 5551190033 / Department of Management / Faculty of Economics and Business / Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University / The Influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction as Moderating Variables Case Study at the Library and Archives Service of Banten Province. This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) with job satisfaction (Z) as a moderating variable at the Banten Province Library and Archives Service. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 66 employees at the Banten Province Library and Archives Service. This research sample uses the entire research population using census sampling. The data analysis technique in this research uses the SmartPls Version 3.2.8 student analysis tool. The research results show that: (1) Organizational Commitment has a Positive and Significant influence on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline has a Positive and Significant influence on Employee Performance, (3) Job Satisfaction is unable to moderate the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance, (4) Job Satisfaction is not able to moderate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 66 Orang pegawai pada Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Provinsi Banten. Sampel penelitian ini menggunan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Teknik Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SmartPls Versi 3.2.8 versi pelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (3) Kepuasan Kerja tidak mampu Memoderasi hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (4) Kepuasan Kerja tidak Mampu Memoderasi hubungan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
