Abstract
Rani Dwi Rahadiyanti 5551200019 / Department of Management / Faculty of Economics and Business / Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University / The Effect of Work Stress and Work Environment on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction at PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering Cilegon City. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Work Stress (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on Turnover Intention (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) at PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering Cilegon City. The method used in this study is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study amounted to 210 employees of PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering. The sample in this study amounted to 105 employees of PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering using simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique in this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypothesis tested in this research. That work stress and the work environment have a positive but not significant effect on turnover, work stress has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover, and job satisfaction is able to mediate The relationship between work stress and work environment on turnover.

Donghwa Electric Engineering Kota Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 210 orang karyawan PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang karyawan PT. Donghwa Electric Engineering dengan menggunakan metode pengambilan simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis yang diuji pada penelitian ini. Bahwa stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. | |||||||||
