Abstract
Luthfy Malik Fajar 5551170091 / Department of Management / Faculty of Economics and Business / Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University / The Influence of Compensation, Work Discipline and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Studio Wong Banten / Under the guidance of Eloh Bahiroh, SE.,MM. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation (X1), work discipline (X2), and physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) at PT. Studio Wong Banten. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 60 employees at PT. Studio Wong Banten. This research sample uses the entire research population using census sampling. The results of this research show that: (1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan lingkungan kerja fisik (X3) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) pada PT. Studio Wong Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 60 orang karyawan pada PT. Studio Wong Banten. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling sensus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (3) lingkungan kerjs fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | ||||||
