Abstract

This study aim for know as well as research the influence of Total Quality Management and Management Accounting Information Systems on employee performance . Population in study This that is employees of existing manufacturing companies in Province Banten, and the sample used was 93 employee spread across manufacturing companies in Banten Province. Study This nature quantitative. Type data in this study is primary, and data source from questionnaire. The application used to process data is Smart PLS version 3.29. Results study This showing that total quality management influential positive or significant to performance employee as well as Management Accounting Information System influential positive or significant to performance employee. Study furthermore recommended can done with using other variables or adding variables that can influence employee performance of manufacturing companies in Banten Province. For future research, it is recommended to use different regions or regions as samples.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta meneliti pengaruh Total Quality Management dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan perusahaan manufaktur yang berada di Provinsi Banten, dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 karyawan yang tersebar di perusahaan manufaktur Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah primer, dan sumber data dari kuesioner. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yaitu Smart PLS versi 3.29. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa total quality management berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen berpengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan variabel lain atau menambah variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan perusahaan manufaktur di Provinsi Banten. Penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk menggunakan kawasan atau daerah yang berbeda untuk dijadikan sampel.
