Abstract
This research aims to measure the level of communication and collaboration skills of automotive light vehicle engineering students at SMKN 1 Kragilan. This research is a type of survey research with the research subjects being students of class XII automotive light vehicle engineering at SMKN 1 Kragilan with a sample size of 39 students with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling. Data was collected using instruments in the form of questionnaires and observation sheets. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach method with descriptive statistics. Research results show that: (1). The level of communication skills of class XII TKRO students at SMKN 1 Kragilan is still not optimal with the average score of the total number of students being 58.14. (2). The level of collaboration skills of class XII TKRO students at SMKN 1 Kragilan is still not optimal with the average score of the total number of students being 70.93. Based on these findings, students and teachers can pay attention to improving and maintaining students' communication and collaboration skills, which are useful as important provisions for students after graduating from school. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa teknik kendraan ringan otomotif di SMKN 1 Kragilan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survey dengan subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII teknik kendaraan ringan otomotif di SMKN 1 Kragilan berjumlah sampel yaitu 39 siswa dengan teknik sampling menggunakan proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa kuisioner dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukan bahwa : (1). Tingkat keterampilan komunikasi siswa kelas XII TKRO di SMKN 1 Kragilan bahwasanya masih belum optimal dengan nilai rata-rata dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa adalah 58,14. (2). Tingkat keterampilan kolaborasi siswa kelas XII TKRO di SMKN 1 Kragilan bahwasanya masih belum optimal dengan nilai rata-rata dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa adalah 70,93. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat menjadi perhatian siswa dan guru untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mempertahankan keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi siswa, yang berguna sebagai bekal penting siswa setelah lulus sekolah. | |||||||||
