Abstract
MSME XYZ is a business engaged in the textile industry with a focus on products for mothers and babies. Stroller mat is one of the products produced by MSME XYZ and is the most ordered product. In the supply chain activities of this company, it is never free from the emergence of risks. If the emergence of risk is not immediately addressed and preventive action is taken early on, it can result in disruption of the company's business processes in supply chain activities and can also be detrimental to the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have a supply chain risk management to be able to find out the right risk mitigation action in order to prevent or reduce the risks contained in the supply chain of UMKM XYZ. This study aims to determine the risks that are prioritized for risk mitigation so that they can determine the right mitigation actions to prevent and reduce these risks. The method used in this research is using fuzzy house of risk. Based on the results of the study, it is known that there are 17 risk events and 30 risk agents that have been identified and get 25 proactive actions to be proposed to the company to handle risk agents that are prioritized for mitigation.

| Additional Information: | UMKM XYZ merupakan usaha yang bergerak di industri tekstil dengan fokus pada produk kebutuhan untuk ibu dan bayi. Alas stroller merupakan salah satu produk yang dihasilkan UMKM XYZ dan merupakan produk yang paling banyak dipesan. Pada kegiatan rantai pasok perusahaan ini tidak pernah luput dari kemunculan risiko. Jika kemunculan risiko tidak segera ditangani dan dilakukan tindakan pencegahan sejak dini maka dapat berakibat terganggunya proses bisnis perusahaan dalam kegiatan rantai pasok serta dapat pula bersifat merugikan bagi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan adanya suatu manajemen risiko rantai pasok untuk dapat mengetahui aksi mitigasi risiko yang tepat agar dapat mencegah atau mengurangi risiko yang terdapat di rantai pasok UMKM XYZ. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui risiko yang menjadi prioritas untuk dilakukan mitigasi risiko sehingga dapat menentukan aksi mitigasi yang tepat untuk dapat mencegah dan mengurangi risiko tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan fuzzy house of risk. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat 17 risk event dan 30 risk agent yang berhasil teridentifikasi dan mendapatkan 25 proactive action untuk diusulkan kepada pihak perusahaan untuk menangani risk agent yang menjadi prioritas untuk dimitigasi. | |||||||||
