Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of the Management Control System in mediating the relationship of Differentiation Strategy and Online Reviews on Hotel Performance. This research is a type of quantitative research, data collected using primary data and questionnaires to obtain information from respondents, namely managers who work in the hotel industry in Banten Province. The analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modeling with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. The results of this study are 1) Differentiation Strategy and Online Reviews affect Hotel Performance and Management Control System 2) Management Control System affects Hotel Performance 3) Differentiation Strategy and Online Reviews affect Hotel Performance through the management Control System.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen dalam memediasi hubungan Strategi Diferensiasi dan Ulasan Online terhadap Kinerja Hotel. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan menggunakan data primer dan kuesioner untuk memperoleh informasi dari responden yaitu manajer yang bekerja dalam industri perhotelan di Provinsi Banten. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) Path Modelling dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4.0.
