Abstract

Urgensi penelitian evaluasi sangat dibutuhkan karena untuk meninjau ulang sejauh mana keberhasilan suatu program. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan program SMK Pusat Keunggulan dengan pihak Dunia Usaha Dunia Industri (DUDI) di SMKN 1 Cikande. Model evaluasi menggunakan model CIPP dengan konteks evaluasi menyeluruh pada komponen Context (visi misi dan latar belakang), input (sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya keuangan, 8+I link and match) process (8+I link and match) product (keterserapan alumni di industri, peningkatan kompetensi siswa, 8+I link and match). Responden penelitian diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purpossive sampling dengan sample sebanyak (1) wakakurikulum, (2) hubin (3) siswa dengan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan hasil penelitian : pada aspek context mendapatkan nilai kesesuaian oleh wakakurikukum 75% dan hubin 88%, pada aspek input dengan industri responden siswa 78,9%, wakakurikulum 75%, hubin 77%, pada aspek process dengan responden siswa 75,24%, responden wakakurikulum 75%, hubin 100%, pada aspek product responden siswa 73,36%, wakakurikulum 75%, hubin 91%. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, keseluruhan aspek context, input, process, dan product telah masuk dalam kategori sesuai dengan saran penelitian adalah dengan membuat kebijakan internal sekolah untuk bisa memberikan pengimbasan bagi semua jurusan yang tidak mendapatkan konsentrasi PK agar bisa menjalin dengan DUDI secara optimal, serta aspek/indikator yang dianalisis adalah pada poin teaching factory dan PjBL agar bisa memiliki target pasar di kalangan masyarakat sekitar sehingga kemampuan siswa hasil program SMK PK dapat dilihat oleh semua pihak yang terkait.

Additional Information: The urgency of evaluation research is really needed because it is to review the extent of the success of a program. This research aims to evaluate the suitability of the implementation of the Center of Excellence Vocational School program with the Business World of Industry (DUDI) at SMKN 1 Cikande. The evaluation model uses the CIPP model with a comprehensive evaluation context on the Context components (vision, mission and background), input (facilities and infrastructure, financial resources, 8+I link and match) process (8+I link and match) product (alumni absorption in industry, increasing student competency, 8+I link and match). Research respondents were taken using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of (1) curriculum staff, (2) student hubs (3) with data collected using questionnaires, interviews and observation. The research data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods with the results of the research: in the context aspect, the conformity value was obtained by wakakurikukum 75% and hubin 88%, in the input aspect with student respondent industry 78.9%, wakakurikulum 75%, hubin 77%, in the aspect process with 75.24% student respondents, 75% wakakurikulum respondents, 100% hubin, 73.36% student respondents in the product aspect, 75% wakakurikulum, 91% hubin. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, all aspects of context, input, process and product have been included in the category according to the research suggestion, namely to create an internal school policy to be able to provide incentives for all majors who do not have a PK concentration so that they can collaborate with DUDI optimally. , and the aspects highlighted are the teaching factory and PjBL points so that they can have a target market in the surrounding community so that the abilities of students resulting from the PK Vocational School program can be seen by all parties involved.
