Abstract
The setting that the researchers found based on the results of interviews in the field was regarding public relations management in the implementation of Field Work Practices, namely learning processes, practicums, street vendors, as well as public relations management in real implementation. SMKN 01 Cilegon as one of the schools driving the Center of Excellence certainly has several links and matches with several partner industries. This research aims to: (1) Understand the preimplementation management of the PKL Industrial Electronics Engineering skills program at SMKN 01 Cilegon; (2) Knowing the management of the implementation of the PKL Industrial Electronics Engineering skills program at SMKN 01 Cilegon; (3) Knowing the post implementation management of the PKL Industrial Electronics Engineering skills program at SMKN 01 Cilegon. This research is descriptive qualitative research. In this research, the researcher used several sources, namely the head of public relations, productive teachers majoring in Industrial Electronics Engineering, industrial supervisors and class XII students majoring in industrial electronics engineering at SMKN 01 Cilegon. This research uses the Miles & Huberman model which is carried out interactively and continuously until completion. The Miles & Huberman model includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this research are as follows: (1) In the preinternship management, public relations (Humas) applied coordination with relevant parties and student mentoring. (2) In the internship implementation management, Humas was found to conduct monitoring and problem management. (3) Meanwhile, in the post-internship management, Humas applied internal evaluation and external evaluation.

| Additional Information: | Latar yang temukan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dilapangan yaitu perihal manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yaitu seperti proses pembelajaran, praktikum, PKL, serta manajemen humas dalam pelaksanaannya secara real. SMKN 01 Cilegon sebagai salah satu sekolah penggerak Pusat Keunggulan tentunya memiliki beberapa link and match dengan beberapa industri pasangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui manajemen pra pelaksanaan program PKL program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Industri di SMKN 01 Cilegon; (2) Mengetahui manajemen pelaksanaan PKL program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Industri di SMKN 01 Cilegon; (3) Mengetahui manajemen pasca pelaksanaan PKL program keahlian Teknik Elektronika Industri di SMKN 01 Cilegon. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan beberapa sumber yaitu waka humas, guru produktif jurusan Teknik Elektronika Industri, pembina industri dan siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik elektronika industri SMKN 01 Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles & Huberman yang dilaksanakan secara interaktif dan terlangsung secara terus menerus sampai tuntas, model Miles & Huberman meliputi pengumpulan data, data condensation, penyajiian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Pada manajemen pra pelaksanaan PKL didapatkan humas menerapkan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait dan pembinaan siswa. (2) Pada manajemen pelaksanaan PKL ditemukan humas melakukan monitoring dan pengeolaan masalah. (3) Sedangkan manajemen pasca pelaksanaan PKL humas menerapkan evaluasi internal dan evaluasi eksternal. | |||||||||
