Abstract

Transjakarta become one of the excellent public transportation that is often used by people in Jakarta. However, the arrival of Transjakarta bus to transport the passengers do not have a definite schedule. Another problem that often occurs is often an accumulation of passengers due headway irregular schedule. The purpose this research to design a vehicle scheduling program on the Transjakarta bus corridor 1, hall 2, hall 4, corridor 6 and Corridor 7 Algorithm auction with input timetable is based on the theory of queues with Poisson distributed queuing model. Queuing theory is used to create a timetable by taking the bare possibility of an P (0) is P (0) ≥ 0 to be able to determine headway. Auction algorithm is used as an algorithm to determine the candidate trip with optimal operational costs based on the lowest bid. The results of such vehicle scheduling assignment of vehicles on a number of trips, the number of vehicles needed, and total operating costs. Headway most densely occurs in one corridor and corridor 7 which is 3 minutes, with the average number of people in the queue (Lq) as many as 55.124 people and the average waiting time queue (Wq) amounted to 142.152 seconds. The operational costs are the lowest in the corridor 2. Provided the total cost for switching from depot departure corridors 2 to node 1 on the vehicle 1 Rp 1,035,733.00 in order to obtain the total operational cost of Rp 38,755,782.00 corridors 2 and requires 24 units single vehicle bus. Additional Information: Bus Transjakarta menjadi salah satu primadona transportasi umum yang sering digunakan warga Jakarta. Namun, kedatangan bus Transjakarta untuk mengangkut penumpang tidak memiliki penjadwalan yang pasti. Masalah lain yang sering terjadi adalah sering terjadinya penumpukan penumpang akibat jadwal headway yang tidak teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang program penjadwalan kendaraan bus Transjakarta pada koridor 1, koridor 2, koridor 4, koridor 6 dan Koridor 7 menggunakan Algoritma auction dengan input timetable yang dibuat berdasarkan teori antrian dengan model antrian terdistribusi secara poisson. Teori antrian digunakan untuk membuat timetable dengan mengambil nilai kemungkinan kosongnya sistem P(0) adalah P(0) ≥ 0 untuk dapat menentukan headway. Algoritma auction digunakan sebagai algoritma untuk dapat menentukan kandidat trip dengan biaya operasional yang optimal berdasarkan bid terendah. Hasil penjadwalan kendaraan berupa penugasan kendaraan terhadap sejumlah trip, jumlah kendaraan yang dibutuhkan, dan total biaya operasional. Headway paling padat terjadi pada koridor 1 dan koridor 7 yaitu 3 menit, dengan rata-rata banyaknya orang dalam antrian (Lq) sebanyak 55,124 orang dan rata-rata waktu tunggu antrian (Wq) sebesar 142,152 detik. Biaya operasional paling rendah terdapat pada koridor 2. Diperoleh total biaya untuk berpindah dari depot keberangkatan koridor 2 ke simpul 1 pada kendaraan 1 sebesar Rp 1.035.733,00 sehingga diperoleh total biaya operasional koridor 2 sebesar Rp 38.755.782,00 dan membutuhkan 24 unit kendaraan single bus.
