Abstract

The research is aimed at developing a self management manual product. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). The assessment carried out by the researchers consisted of interviews with teachers of mentoring and counselling as well as the spread of academic procrastination lift to 80 students. The results are known there are students who do procrestination every year, the lift results showed there are 16% of students experiencing high-category, 71% of middle-categories, and 13% of low categories. So from that the researchers had an idea to develop a product aimed at teachers as a supportive medium in solving the problem of academic procrastination. The product developed has obtained a qualifying rating of 94.7% in the category of "very qualified". In the material expert test obtaining a score of 91%, the media expert test of 97.2%, and the practitioner of 95.8%. The results of the limited test conducted to 6 students showed that there was an influence of the use of self-management technique manual media as a teacher's media to reduce student academic procrastination.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk buku panduan konseling teknik self management. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Reserch and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Evaluation). Asesmen yang dilakukan peneliti berupa wawancara guru bimbingan dan konseling serta penyebaran angket prokrastinasi akademik kepada 80 siswa. Hasilnya diketahui terdapat siswa yang melakukan prokrastinasi akademik setiap tahunnya, hasil angket menunjukkan terdapat 16% siswa mengalami prokrastinasi kategori tinggi, 71% kategori sedang, dan 13% kategori rendah. Maka dari itu peneliti memiliki ide untuk mengembangkan produk yang ditujukan kepada guru bk sebagai media penunjang dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan prokrastinasi akademik. Produk yang dikembangkan telah mendapat nilai kelayakan sebesar 94,7% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Pada uji ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 91%, uji ahli media sebesar 97,2%, dan praktisi sebesar 95,8%. Hasil uji terbatas yang dilakukan kepada 6 siswa menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media buku panduan teknik self management sebagai media guru bk untuk mereduksi prokrastinasi akademik siswa.
