Abstract
Faculty of Engineering is one of the faculties at the university of Sultan Agung Tirtayasa ( Untirta ) in Banten . Faculty has endeavored to take steps to improve the quality of the process and the output of graduates so that educational institutions can be proud of. Faculty was always to evaluate the performance of each year. Judging from the results of the performance in 2012 is 66.3% which still lacking or not yet reached the target, certain operational activities is not maximized by faculty objectives set out in the strategic plan. To improve achievement is to integrate the goals and operations using the Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART) System. SMART System is more focused with the correlation approach Measure performance pyramid concept and vision, which uses objective strategy as a starting point for its design, which refers to the nine perspectives in the SMART System. After structuring objective strategy appropriate to the circumstances and objectives of the engineering faculty, then obtained KPI. Weighted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) in nine perspective, taken five highest perspectives that are considered most important. Furthermore, the weighting is done against KPIs in five highest perspective, to answer the purposes of this study, knowing KPI that have or have not reached the target and know the achievement of the performance of the faculty in 2014. From the data that has been obtained if the 20 KPI that have achieved target is 54.04 % and 17 KPI that have not reached the target or 45.96 %. Total of achievement is 118.059, it means performance engineering faculty in 2014 is less well. | Additional Information: | Fakultas Teknik merupakan salah satu fakultas yang ada di universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa (Untirta), yang merupakan PTN di Banten. Fakultas selalu berupaya melakukan langkah perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan ouput lulusan sehingga menjadi institusi pendidikan yang dapat dibanggakan. Fakultas pun selalu melakukan evaluasi kinerja setiap tahunnya. Dilihat dari hasil evaluasi 2012 yang masih kurang atau belum mencapai target sebesar 66.3%, dipastikan kegiatan operasional yang dilakukan belum maksimal berdasarkan tujuan fakultas yang tertuang dalam rencana strategis. Untuk memperbaiki pencapaian yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan antara tujuan dan kegiatan operasional menggunakan Strategic Management Analysis and Reporting Technique (SMART) System. SMART System lebih berfokus dengan korelasi pendekatan konsep pyramid performance Measure dan visi, yang menggunakan strategi objektif sebagai titik awal perancangannya, yang mengacu pada sembilan perspektif dalam SMART System. Setelah menstrukturkan strategi objektif yang sesuai keadaan dan tujuan fakultas teknik, maka didapatkan KPI. Dilakukan pembobotan dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada sembilan perspektif, diambil lima perspektif tertinggi yang dianggap paling penting oleh pengambil keputusan. Selanjutnya pembobotan dilakukan terhadap KPI yang ada di lima perspektif tertinggi, untuk menjawab tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, mengetahui KPI yang telah atau belum mencapai target dan mengetahui pencapain kinerja fakultas tahun 2014. Dari data yang telah di olah didapatkan 20 KPI yang telah mencapai target 54.04% dan 17 KPI yang belum mencapai target atau 45.96%. Total pencapaian fakultas teknik sebesar 118.059 berarti kinerja fakultas teknik tahun 2014 tergolong kurang baik.
