Abstract

In the modern era, many parents work harder and longer, thus leaving their children at school, often without realizing the importance of early childhood education. Early childhood education is important because it is called the Golden Age. The role of teachers really determines the development of a child's character and potential. Teachers play an important role as moral role models and mentors, especially in faith-based schools. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the importance of the role of teachers in developing moral values in group B children of TKIT Insan Scholar Mathla'ul Anwar, to describe the activity programs implemented in building children's moral values and another aim, namely to analyze and describe the obstacles that arise. natural teacher in developing values and morals in group B TKIT Insan Scholar Mathla'l Anwar children. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive research type. The research subjects were group B children and teachers. The research was conducted at TKIT Insan Scholar Mathlaul Anwar. The research technique uses data analysis techniques. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that teachers play a very good role, this can be seen from the behavior and abilities of children in program activities at school, even though there are obstacles that are dominated by child factors, teachers can overcome them with maximum efforts. Overall, this research shows that with the right program and good support from all elements of the school and parents, the development of moral values in early childhood can be carried out effectively at TKIT Insan Scholar Mathla'ul Anwar. Additional Information: Pada era modern, banyak orang tua bekerja lebih keras dan lama, sehingga menitipkan anak di sekolah, sering tanpa menyadari pentingnya pendidikan anak usia dini. Pendidikan anak usia dini penting karena disebut masa keemasan (Golden Age) peran guru sangat menentukan perkembangan karakter pada anak dan potensi anak. Guru berperan penting sebagai teladan moral dan pembimbing, terutama di sekolah berbasis agama. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pentingnya peran guru dalam mengembangkan nilai moral pada anak kelompok B TKIT Insan Cendekia Mathla’ul Anwar, mendeskripsikan program-program kegiatan yang diterapkan dalam membangun nilai moral anak dan tujuan lain yaitu menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan hambatan-hambatan yang guru alami dalam mengembangkan nilai dan moral pada anak kelompok B TKIT Insan Cendekia Mathla’l Anwar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitiannya adalah anak kelompok B dan guru, penelitian dilakukan di TKIT Insan Cendekia Mathlaul Anwar. Teknik penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis data. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan guru berperan sudah sangat baik, hal ini terlihat dari perilaku dan kemampuan anak dalam kegiatan program-program yang ada di sekolah, meskipun terdapat hambatan yang di dominasi oleh faktor anak, tetapi dapat guru atasi dengan upaya-upaya yang maksimal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan program yang tepat dan dukungan yang baik dari seluruh elemen sekolah serta orang tua, pengembangan nilai-nilai moral pada anak usia dini dapat dilakukan dengan efektif di TKIT Insan Cendekia Mathla’ul Anwar.
