Abstract
As a commitment to accelerate the reduction in stunting rates, the government has issued Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction. This Presidential Decree is the legal basis for the National Strategy for Accelerating Stunting Reduction which has been implemented since 2018. This regulation also aims to strengthen the necessary intervention framework and institutional structure in implementing the stunting reduction acceleration program. The Cilegon City Government, in an effort to regulate the problem of stunting, formed a Team for the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting through the Decree of the Mayor of Cilegon Number: 470.05/kep.86-DP3AKB/2022 concerning the Formation of a Team for the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting at the Cilegon City Level. In overcoming this problem, how is the role of the stunting reduction acceleration team implemented in carrying out stunting prevention and reduction performance in Cilegon City based on Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction?, then what are the implementation obstacles faced by the stunting reduction acceleration team in implementing it? rescue performance and stunting reduction in Cilegon City?. The theories used are Authority Theory and Welfare Theory. The method used is an empirical juridical approach with a qualitative and descriptive type of research. The results of research by the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction Team in Carrying out Performance to Accelerate Stunting Prevention and Reduction in Cilegon City, show that the main cause of the stunting problem is a lack of education about good nutritional intake and also the economic level of the community. The efforts made by the Team for the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction based on Article 2 of the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction are to provide outreach and also provide assistance. The conclusion is that the Team for the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting in Cilegon City is based on the authority and mandate given that the Team for the Acceleration of Reducing Stunting in Cilegon City has played a role in reducing the stunting rate by 53.75% but still has obstacles caused by community economic factors and lack of education about intake. nutrition. The suggestion is that cooperation is needed from various parties such asrelated institutions and agencies to prevent stunting in Cilegon City.

Perpres ini merupakan dasar hukum untuk Strategi Nasional Percepatan Penurunan Stunting yang telah diterapkan sejak tahun 2018. Peraturan ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkuat kerangka intervensi yang diperlukan serta struktur kelembagaan dalam implementasi program percepatan penurunan stunting. Pemerintah Kota Cilegon dalam upaya mengatur persoalan Stunting membentuk Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting melalui SK Wali Kota Cilegon Nomor : 470.05/kep.86-DP3AKB/2022 tentang Pembentukan Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Tingkat Kota Cilegon. Dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut, Bagaimana pelaksanaan peran tim percepatan penurunan stunting dalam melaksanakan kinerja pencegahan dan penurunan stunting di Kota Cilegon berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 72 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting?, kemudian Bagaimana kendala pelaksanaan yang dihadapi oleh tim percepatan penurunan stunting dalam melaksanakan kinerja penyelamatan dan penurunan stunting di Kota Cilegon?. Teori yang digunakan yaitu teori Kewenangan dan Teori Kesejahteraan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan yuridis empiris dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Dalam Melaksanakan Kinerja Percepatan Pencegahan Dan Penurunan Stunting Di Kota Cilegon, bahwa penyebab utama permasalahan stunting kurangnya edukasi tentang asupan gizi yang baik dan juga tingkat ekonomi masyarakat. Upaya yang dilakukan Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting berdasarkan Pasal 2 Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 72 Tahun 2021 tentang Percepatan Penurunan Stunting adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan juga melakukan pendampingan. Kesimpulannya adalah Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting di Kota Cilegon berdasarkan kewenangan dan mandat yang diberikan bahwa Tim Percepatan Penurunan Stunting Di Kota Cilegon telah berperan dalam menurunkan angka stunting sebanyak 53,75% akan tetapi masih memiliki hambatan yang disebabkan oleh faktor ekonomi masyakarat dan kurangnya edukasi tentang asupan gizi. Sarannya adalah diperlukan adanya kerjasama dari berbagai pihak seperti lembaga dan dinas terkait untuk mencegah stunting di Kota Cilegon. | |||||||||
