Abstract

The rapid growth of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) is also accompanied by the proliferation of MSMEs that are not viable because they are considered unable to generate profits. This research aims to analyze and describe the feasibility value of each dry cake product at Aroma Cemilan Khas MSMEs through an economic approach and to explain the benefits of business feasibility analysis at Aroma Cemilan Khas MSMEs. The location determination uses a purposive sampling method, which means the sample is determined based on specific considerations. The methods used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data processing is carried out using quantitative analysis methods to determine the income and R/C Ratio as well as the B/C Ratio obtained from the dry cake business. The calculation results show that the four products produced can generate an income of 85,793,863 with an R/C ratio of 2.71 and a B/C ratio of 1.7, making the business profitable and feasible to continue operating and growing. The benefits obtained by Aroma Cemilan Khas MSMEs from the analysis conducted are: evaluating MSME expenditures, assessing the income generated, evaluating business activities, and providing an assessment of business activities.

Additional Information: Pesatnya pertumbuhan UMKM juga diiringi dengan maraknya UMKM yang tidak layak beroperasi karena dianggap tidak mampu memberikan keuntungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan nilai kelayakan setiap produk kue kering pada UMKM Aroma Cemilan Khas melalui pendekatan ekonomi dan menjelaskan manfaat analisis kelayakan usaha pada UMKM Aroma Cemilan Khas. Penentuan lokasi menggunakan metode purposive sampling yaitu sampel ditentukan berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode analisis kuantitatif untuk mengetahui pendapatan dan nilai R/C Ratio serta B/C Ratio yang diperoleh dari usaha pembuatan kue kering. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan keempat produk yang dihasilkan mampu menghasilkan pendapatan sebesar 85.793.863 dengan R/C rasio sebesar 2,71 dan B/C rasio sebesar 1,7 sehingga usaha dapat dikatakan menguntungkan dan layak. untuk terus beroperasi dan berkembang. Manfaat yang diperoleh UMKM Aroma Cemilan Khas dari analisis yang telah dilakukan adalah: mengevaluasi pengeluaran UMKM, mengkaji pendapatan yang diperoleh, mengevaluasi kegiatan usaha, dan memberikan penilaian terhadap kegiatan usaha.
