Abstract
This research aims to (1) determine the determining factors of maternal knowledge regarding immunization at Posyandu Gelatik Posyandu, Wadas Kubang Village, Sindang Sari Village, Petir District, Serang Regency. (2) Knowing the success of the implementation of the immunization program at Posyandu Gelatik, Wadas Kubang Village, Sindang Sari Village, Petir District, Serang Regency. The data collection technique used in this research is qualitative using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data sources in this study consisted of 7 mothers participating in posyandu and 1 head of posyandu and 2 cadres of posyandu. The research results show that (1) At Posyandu Gelatik, older mothers have high experience and confidence in immunization, although they are less open to new information, while younger mothers are more open to information from the internet, but their experience in immunization is limited. Both understand the importance of immunization and rely on Posyandu as a trusted source of health information. Maternal education and employment influence understanding and participation in immunization programs; mothers with higher education tend to understand health information more quickly, while working mothers adjust their child's immunization schedule, and housewives are more flexible in attending Posyandu. Sources of information from midwives, Posyandu cadres, and maternal classes were impressive, although some mothers also used social media for additional information, which they verified with health workers for accuracy. (2) Based on the results of interviews at Posyandu Gelatik, it can be concluded that the implementation of immunization and health activities at Posyandu is going very well. Parent participation in Posyandu activities, especially the immunization program, has reached a satisfactory level. Of the total 90 mothers registered as Posyandu participants, around 50 mothers actively attended each immunization activity, resulting in an attendance percentage of 55.56%. It was also recorded that out of a total of 130 babies and toddlers registered at Posyandu Gelatik, 80 children had received complete basic immunization. Keywords:Knowledge, Success, Immunization

(2) Mengetahui Keberhasilan Pelaksanaan Program Imunisasi Di Posyandu Gelatik Kampung Wadas Kubang Desa Sindang Sari Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 7 orang ibu peserta posyandu dan 1 ketua posyandu dan 2 kader posyandu. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Di Posyandu Gelatik, ibu yang lebih tua memiliki pengalaman dan kepercayaan tinggi terhadap imunisasi, meskipun kurang terbuka terhadap informasi baru, sedangkan ibu yang lebih muda lebih terbuka terhadap informasi dari internet, namun pengalaman mereka dalam imunisasi terbatas. Keduanya memahami pentingnya imunisasi dan mengandalkan Posyandu sebagai sumber informasi kesehatan yang tepercaya. Pendidikan dan pekerjaan ibu mempengaruhi pemahaman dan partisipasi dalam program imunisasi; ibu dengan pendidikan lebih tinggi cenderung lebih cepat memahami informasi kesehatan, sementara ibu yang bekerja menyesuaikan jadwal untuk imunisasi anak, dan ibu rumah tangga lebih fleksibel dalam menghadiri Posyandu. Sumber informasi dari bidan, kader Posyandu, dan kelas ibu sangat dihargai, meskipun beberapa ibu juga menggunakan media sosial untuk informasi tambahan, yang mereka verifikasi dengan petugas kesehatan untuk keakuratan. (2) Berdasarkan hasil wawancara di Posyandu Gelatik, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan imunisasi dan kesehatan di Posyandu ini sangat berjalan baik. Partisipasi orang tua dalam kegiatan Posyandu, khususnya program imunisasi, mencapai tingkat yang memuaskan. Dari total 90 ibu yang terdaftar sebagai peserta Posyandu, sekitar 50 ibu aktif hadir dalam setiap kegiatan imunisasi, yang menghasilkan persentase kehadiran sebesar 55.56%. Terdata juga bahwa dari total 130 bayi dan balita yang terdaftar di Posyandu Gelatik, sebanyak 80 anak telah menerima imunisasi dasar lengkap. | |||||||||
