Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of the provision of Organic Materials Rich in Biological Sources (Bokashi) derived from Babadotan plants and Vitamin B1 on the growth of grafted YM avocado (Persea americana Mill.) grafted plants. This research was conducted in the experimental field Faculty of Agriculture, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Kaduela Village, Cadasari Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten, during February 2024 to May 2024. The reseacrh used a Randomized Block Design which consists of two factors, the first factor using Babadotan Bokashi (B) and the second factor using Vitamin B1 (T). Babadotan Bokashi consists of 3 levels, namely B0: 0 g/plant seeds, B1: 120 g/plant seeds, B2: 240 g/plant seed. Furthermore, Vitamin B1 consists of 4 levels, namely T0: 0 mg/L, T1: 22.5 mg/L, T2: 45 mg/L, T3: 67.5 mg/L. From these two factors, 12 treatment combinations were obtained, each combination was repeated 3 times to obtain 36 experimental units. The results showed that the provision of Bokashi Babadotan gaving the best effect on the parameters of plant height increase at the age of 12 WAA (Weeks After Aplication), increase in the number of leaves at the age of 10 WAA and increase in stem diameter at the age of 6 WAA. Providing Vitamin B1 had the best effect on the parameters of plant height increase at the age of 6 WAA and 8 WAA, the increase in the number of leaves at the age of 8 WAA and 10 WAA. However, there was no interaction between the two treatments on all parameters.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Bahan Organik Kaya Sumber Hayati (Bokashi) yang berasal dari tanaman Babadotan dan Vitamin B1 terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat YM (Persea americana Mill.) Hasil Sambung Pucuk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa, Desa Kaduela, Kecamatan Cadasari, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten, pada bulan Februari 2024 sampai dengan Mei 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari dua faktor, yaitu faktor pertama menggunakan Bokashi Babadotan (B) dan faktor kedua menggunakan Vitamin B1 (T). Bokashi Babadotan terdiri dari 3 taraf, yaitu B0: 0 g/bibit tanaman, B1: 120 g/bibit tanaman, B2: 240 g/bibit tanaman. Selanjutnya Vitamin B1 terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu T0: 0 mg/L, T1: 22,5 mg/L, T2: 45 mg/L, T3: 67,5 mg/L. Dari kedua faktor tersebut diperoleh 12 kombinasi perlakuan yang masing-masing diulang sebanyak 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 36 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian Bokashi Babadotan memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap parameter pertambahan tinggi tanaman pada umur 12 MSA (Minggu Setelah Aplikasi), pertambahan jumlah daun pada umur 10 MSA dan pertambahan diameter batang pada umur 6 MSA. Pemberian Vitamin B1 memberikan pengaruh terbaik pada parameter pertambahan tinggi tanaman pada umur 6 MSA dan 8 MSA, pertambahan jumlah daun pada umur 8 MSA dan 10 MSA. Namun, tidak terjadi interaksi antara kedua perlakuan pada semua parameter. | |||||||||
