Abstract
The lack of job opportunities, resulting in a high unemployment rate of 6.67% in Tangerang City, prompted this research. The aim of the study is to determine whether project-based learning methods and motivation influence entrepreneurial attitudes among trainees at PT Radar Teknologi Komputer in Tangerang City. The researcher utilized descriptive statistical analysis with a quantitative approach. Based on the tests conducted, both project-based learning and learning motivation have a very significant simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial attitudes. The results of this study show that the variables of project-based learning and learning motivation simultaneously have a positive impact on the variable of entrepreneurial attitudes. Respondent feedback per variable, calculated using actual scores and ideal scores, achieved a score of 79.6%, which falls into the good category. These findings indicate that the combination of project-based approaches and high levels of learning motivation can significantly enhance the entrepreneurial attitudes of training participants.

Additional Information: | Kurangnya lapangan pekerjaan yang menyebabkan banyaknya pengangguran di Kota Tangerang dengan persentase 6,67%. Tujuan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari metode pembelajaran project based learning dan motivasi terhadap sikap berwirausaha pada peserta pelatihan di PT Radar Teknologi Komputer Kota Tangerang. peneliti menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian project based learning dan motivasi belajar secara simultan berpengaruh sangat signifikan terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel project based learning dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif secara simultan terhadap variabel sikap berwirausaha. Perhitungan tanggapan responden per-variabel dengan menggunakan perhitungan skor aktual dan skor ideal mendapatkan skor sebesar 79,6% yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perpaduan dari pendekatan berbasis proyek dan tingkat motivasi belajar yang baik dapat meningkatkan sikap berwirausaha peserta pelatihan secara signifikan. | |||||||||
