Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the administration and allocation of funding for the Family Hope Program, from identifying participant targets to identifying implementation roadblocks. This study employs a qualitative approach. This study will outline the procedures for selecting participants who are deemed deserving of poverty as well as the challenges associated with putting it into practice. Since poverty remains a significant issue for the Indonesian state, the government bears some responsibility for community welfare. As a result, the Indonesian government needs to spend a lot of money on initiatives and programs aimed at reducing poverty. The Family Hope Program (PKH) is one of the initiatives that the Indonesian government has put into place The purpose of the PKH program, which provides Beneficiary Families (KPM) with conditional financial support, is to lessen poverty and enhance community well-being. One of the Indonesian villages that gets support from PKH is Cigeulis Village. The study's findings show that while the selection of PKH participants is based on what is already in the Integrated Social Welfare System (DTKS), the participants' conditions are nevertheless examined to ensure accuracy. In the meantime, the challenge in putting PKH into practice is participants' ignorance of the need to update data like Family Kratu and KTP.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan, penyaluran dana program keluarga harapan, mulai dari menetapkan sasaran peserta hingga masalah yang muncul dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini akan menjelaskan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk menentukan siapa yang dianggap miskin dan kendala yang dihadapi untuk mencapainya. Kemiskinan masih menjadi masalah penting di Indonesia, sehingga pemerintah bertanggung jawab untuk menjaga kesejahteraan masyarakat. Akibatnya, pemerintah Indonesia harus mengalokasikan dana yang signifikan untuk program dan inisiatif yang berkaitan dengan penanggulangan kemiskinan ini. Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) adalah salah satu program pemerintah Indonesia. Program Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (PKH) adalah program yang memberikan bantuan tunai bersyarat kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) dengan tujuan menurunkan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Salah satu desa di Indonesia yang menerima bantuan PKH adalah Desa Cigeulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peseta PKH ditetapkan berdasarkan yang sudah ada di Sisem Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS), tetapi kondisi peserta masih diperhatikan untuk verifikasi. Selain itu, ada masalah dengan pelaksanaan PKH karena peserta tidak tahu bagaimana mengupdate data seperti KTP dan Kratu Keluarga. | |||||||||
