Abstract
The city of Tangerang is experiencing the phenomenon of the development of street vendors which has recently become widespread in the culinary sector. One of the famous culinary markets in Tangerang City. Problems with Street Vendors The Old Market is currently experiencing several problems, such as the high number of Street Vendors selling on the side of the road, therefore making the condition of the Old Market disorganized and chaotic. The existence of the Old Market has also recently become famous among culinary lovers, due to the popularity of the Old Market making the current process of organizing street vendors look less than optimal. The research theory that researchers use to solve problems uses Langbein theory (Tahalea, Suwitri, & Rostyaningsih, 2015). This research uses a descriptive qualitative method by analyzing based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this research show that the evaluation of the Tangerang City Government's policy regarding the arrangement of street vendors has not run optimally, this is based on measuring the dimensions of policy evaluation including i) time, arrangement and managers have not been able to coordinate optimally so that it is not yet in accordance with the results of the objectives, ii) Differences between the actual impact and the expected one, there are traders who still violate the applicable regulations so that it is not in accordance with the contents of the objectives of the Regional Regulation itself, iii) The aggressive level of impact, the business development of traders is still not optimal and iv) The type of impact, determining this location is not enough better for traders and society. Therefore PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global must coordinate better in implementing the process of organizing street vendors so that it is optimal.

| Additional Information: | Kota Tangerang mengalami fenomena perkembangan Pedagang Kaki Lima yang marak terjadi pada akhir ini dalam bidang kuliner. Salah satu pasar kuliner yang terkenal di Kota Tangerang. Permasalahan Pedagang Kaki Lima Pasar Lama pada saat ini mengalami beberapa permasalahan seperti halnya masih tingginya jumlah Pedagang Kaki Lima yang berjualan di pinggiran jalan, oleh karena itu membuat kondisi Pasar Lama yang tidak teratur dan semrawut. Keberadaan Pasar Lama ini juga akhir-akhir ini terkenal di kalangan pencinta kuliner, akibat terkenalnya Pasar Lama membuat proses penataan pedagang kaki lima saat ini terlihat kurang maksimal. Teorri penelitian yang peneliti gunakan untuk memcahkan masalah dengan menggunakan teori Langbein (Tahalea, Suwitri, & Rostyaningsih, 2015). Penelitian ini menggunkan metode kualitatif deskriftif dengan menganalisis berdasarkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa evaluasi kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang tentang penataan pedagang kaki lima belum berjalan secara maksimal, hal ini beradasarkan pengukuran dimensi evaluasi kebijakan diantaranya i) waktu, penataan dan pengelola belum dapat berkoordinasi secara maksimal sehingga belem sesuai dengan hasil tujuan, ii) Selisih antara dampak aktual dengan yang diharapkan, terdapat pedagang yang masih melanggar aturan yang berlaku sehingga tidak sesauai dengan isi dari tujuan Peraturan Daerah sendiri, iii) Tingkat agresif dampak, pengembanagan usaha para pedagang masih masih belum maksimal dan iv) Tipe dampak, penetapaan lokasi ini kurang membaik bagi para pedagang dan masyarakat. Maka dari itu PT. Tangerang Nusantara Global harus berkoordinasi lebih baik dalam pelasanaan proses penataan pedagang kaki lima ini agar maksimal | |||||||||
