Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of giving AB Mix and organic bamboo leaf litter on the growth of durian (Durio zibethinus L.) plants resulting from shoot grafting. The research was carried out at the Untirta Cadasari Experimental Garden, Kaduela Village, Cadasari District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten in December 2023 - March 2024. The randomized block design used was 2 factors with 3 replications, the first factor was AB mix (1200 ppm, 1500 ppm, 1800 ppm), the second factor was the organic material of bamboo leaf litter (0 g, 100 g, 150 g). The results showed that giving 1200 ppm AB mix at 5 Week After Aplication (WAA) (8.32), 6 WAA (9.59), 7 WAA (19.56), 8 WAA (11.47), and had an effect on the number of parameters leaves at 1 WAA (24.67), 7 WAA (27) was the best treatments. Bamboo leaf litter compost did not have a significant effect on all parameters. There were interactions between the two factors, giving 1200 ppm AB mix and 100g bamboo leaf litter compost/ plant gave best effect on plant height at 4 WAA (8.43), 5 WAA (11.67), 6 WAA (13.4), 7 WAA (13.5), 8 WAA (14.23). In the leaf number parameter of 1 WAA (28.67), giving 1800 ppm AB mix and 100g bamboo leaf litter compost/plant was the best interaction in the number of leaves while on 7 WAA (40.67) and at 8 WAA (41) was 1200 ppm AB mix and without bambu leaf litter compost.

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Untirta Cadasari, Desa Kaduela, Kecamatan Cadasari, Kabupaten Pandeglang, Banten pada bulan Desember 2023 Maret 2024. Rancangan acak kelompok yang digunakan adalah 2 faktor dengan 3 ulangan, faktor pertama campuran AB (1200 ppm, 1500 ppm, 1800 ppm), faktor kedua adalah kompos serasah daun bambu (0 g. 100 g. 150 g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian AB mix 1200 ppm pada 5 MSA (8,32), pada 6 MSA (9,59), pada 7 MSA (19,56), pada 8 MSA (11,47), dan berpengaruh pada parameter jumlah daun pada 1 MSA (24,67), pada 7 MSA (27) merupakan perlakuan terbaik. Kompos serasah daun bambu tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap semua parameter. Terdapat interaksi antara kedua perlakuan AB mix 1200 ppm dan kompos serasah daun bambu 100g/ tanaman pada parameter pertambahan tinggi tanaman pada 4 MSA (8,43), 5 MSA (11,67), 6 MSA (13,4), 7 MSA (13,5), 8 MSA (14,23), dan pada parameter jumlah daun pada 1 MSA (28,67) dengan perlakuan AB mix 1800 ppm dan kompos serasah daun bambu 100g/tanaman, dan pada perlakuan AB mix 1200 ppm dan tanpa kompos serasah daun bambu pada 7 MSA (40,67), dan pada 8 MSA (41).
