Abstract
This research was motivated by the lack of ability of the students understanding of concepts on the material of multiplication, it is necessary for the exsistence m[of media that can help students understand the concept of multiplication material by the name of comic math. This comic math is a learning resourch that is for med from images that do not move arranged so as to form a braid of the story. This study aims to determine the feasibility of the media comic math that through the test exspert and to know how response students of learning math using the media comic. This study was conducted in SDN Kurungdahu 1 to the subject of research students on fourth grade with only twelve students with the details of students in the trials limited. The instruments are used in the form of sheets inquiries to validation media by faculty experts as well as a teacher an response students. Based on data analysis can be concluded the quality of the media comic math developed included in the category of very worth with percentage of 83% of the test result, while the results of the response students against the media comic math on the trails limited of the twelve respondents of 81% with the category of very good.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi perkalian, untuk itu diperlukan adanya media yang dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami konsep materi perkalian yaitu komik matematika. Komik matematika merupakan sumber belajar yang terbentuk dari gambar-gambar yang tidak bergerak yang disusun sedemikian rupa sehingga membentuk jalinan cerita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media komik matematika yang melalui tahap uji ahli dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan media komik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Kurungdahu 1 dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV sejumlah 12 siswa dengan rincian siswa pada uji coba terbatas. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar angket untuk validasi media oleh dosen ahli serta guru dan respon siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan kualitas media komik matematika yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak dengan presentase 83% dari hasil uji ahli, sedangkan hasil respon siswa terhadap media komik matematika pada uji coba terbatas 12 responden sebesar 81% dengan kategori sangat baik. | |||||||||
