Abstract
This research is motivated by the rich culture that Indonesia has, one of them is the local wisdom of Baduy Tribe. To introduce this culture is done with the development of media. This research uses Research & Development (R & D) method. Media produced in the form of a big book media that will load the content of local wisdom Baduy tribe in it. Big Book is a story book with special characteristic that is raised, both text and picture, so as to enable the reading activity together between teacher and student. To test the feasibility of this media is by expert test validation. Expert validation was carried out by media experts, material experts, ethnosciences experts, and educational experts, with the subject of this study is all students of VA SDN Serang 13 class with 42 students. From the data obtained get the average expert validation score of 87.53%, so get the category "very decent" and get an average score of 88.32% entered in the criteria "very good". Of student responses. So it can be concluded that the big book media is feasible and can be used.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kekayaan budaya yang Indonesia miliki, salah satu diantaranya yaitu kearifan lokal Suku Baduy. Untuk memperkenalkan kebudayaan ini dilakukan dengan adanya pengembangan media. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research & Development (R&D). Media yang dihasilkan berupa media big book yang akan memuat konten kearifan lokal Suku Baduy di dalamnya. Big Book merupakan buku cerita yang berkarakteristik khusus yang dibesarkan, baik teks maupun gambarnya, sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kegiatan membaca bersama antara guru dan murid. Untuk menguji kelayakan media ini, dilakukan uji validasi ahli. Validasi ahli dilakukan oleh ahli media, ahli materi, ahli etnosains, dan ahli pendidikan, dengan subjek penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VA SDN Serang 13 dengan jumlah 42 siswa. Dari data yang diperoleh mendapatkan rata-rata skor validasi ahli sebesar 87.53%, sehingga mendapatkan kategori “sangat layak” dan mendapat rata-rata skor 88.32% masuk dalam kriteria “sangat baik”. dari respon siswa. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media big book ini layak dan dapat dipergunakan. | |||||||||
