Abstract

CV. Citra Barokah Teknik is a small company that started from an automotive repair shop and was built in early 2010, located at Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma, Jurumudi Village, Benda District, Tangerang City. At the time of the founding of CV. Citra Barokah Teknik works on small automotive engine components. This company operates in the service sector, in the form of repairing or manufacturing small vehicle components made of metal, such as making rings, bolts, then repairing shock breakers, repairing valves, block heads, and others. Business growth is starting to increase and there are many requests for making CVs. Citra Barokah Teknik is developing its business in the field of automotive component manufacturing. The aim of the research to be achieved is to find out the potential dangers that exist in CV. Citra Barokah Teknik, knowing the risk value, knowing the efforts to control existing sources of danger. The method used in the research is HIRARC (hazard identification risk assessment and risk control), by identifying potential hazards then providing risk value measurements and carrying out risk control. Based on data collection on CV. Citra Barokah Teknik found 5 potential dangers in cylinder head repair work and 2 potential dangers in bearing repairs. The assessments obtained for cylinder head repairs were 4 H (high risk) and 1 M (moderate risk). Controlling 7 potential dangers in cylinder head and bearing repairs, there are 6 (technical controls), and 3 (PPE controls).

Halim Perdana Kusuma, Kelurahan Jurumudi, Kecamatan Benda, Kota Tangerang. Pada saat berdirinya CV. Citra Barokah Teknik mengerjakan komponen kecil mesin otomotif perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang jasa, berupa melakukan reparasi atau pembuatan komponen kecil kendaraan yang terbuat dari logam, seperti pembuatan ring, baut, lalu reparasi shock breaker, reparasi katup, block head, dan lainnya. Pertumbuhan usaha yang mulai meningkat serta banyaknya permintaan membuat CV. Citra Barokah Teknik mengembangkan usaha nya dalam bidang manufacturing komponen otomotif. Tujuan dari penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui potensi bahaya yang ada di CV. Citra Barokah Teknik, mengetahui nilai risiko, mengetahui upaya-upaya pengendalian sumber bahaya yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah HIRARC (hazard rdentification risk assessment and risk control), dengan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya lalu memberikan pengukuran nilai risiko dan melakukan pengendalian risiko. Berdasarkan pengumpulan data pada CV. Citra Barokah Teknik didapatkan 5 potensi bahaya pada pengerjaan reparasi icylinder head dan 2 potensi bahaya pada reparasi bearing. Penilaian yang didapat pada reparasi cylinder head 4 penilaian H (high risk) dan 1 M (moderate risk). Pengendalian 7 potensi bahaya pada reparasi cylinder head dan bearing terdapat 6 (pengendalian teknik), dan 3 (pengendalian APD).
